“Why only 3 stars? The staff here is horrible. The only one who is good is the middle-aged lady who is super nice and has been there a while. There’s too many workers wanting to talk to other customers in an inefficient manner. I was also alone in the store and it took 15! minutes for a chicken philly! I’ve also heard they run off good employees because they don’t pay them much. 3 stars because their subs are always good, even if it takes all day to make and almost 10$ for a regular!”

“Took the opportunity to visit during CC's Soft Opening Week. Flavors are obviously authentic and will require an acquired taste or open mind to appreciate, but for those that do, it should be a treat. The Self Seating Dining area and Bar concept is easy to navigate, the Service was prompt and friendly, and my order tasted great (Pad Thai) My complaints are few and may change by the Grand opening. Though my food was wonderful, I was surprised on how few items the menu was comprised off. In fact. the majority of the menu seemed made up of different variations of the same dish. Again, I have no doubt they would have all been delicious and this is a Noodle Bar after all, so it makes sense that this would be the lions share of the menu. My other complaint, and again, only if it carries through to the Grand Opening, is pricing. I realize that International Cuisine can come at a premium, but for dishes made up of primarily Broth with a few root vegetables and a choice protein, or Pad Thai, a Dinner for 2 coming in well north of $40 may seem a little inflated considering the moderate serving size and straightforward ingredient list. But Value for Money may be a work in progress through the Soft Opening. I will revisit this review well into their future timeline and revise accordingly to reflect any changes or adaptations they implement. I would score a 3 1/2 if I could. Since I can't, I'll round to 4 as the staff is clearly putting forth effort with long term success in mind.”

“I ordered the Easter Meal offered by Golden Corral in my area of Bristol, Virginia. I called to make sure my order was received and spoke to the Manager who was so polite and helpful. He went over my entire order and assured me everything would be ready by 11 a.m. Easter morning. My son-in-law picked my order up and everything was well packed and steaming hot when I received it. I called and spoke again to the Manager because I had ordered extra potatoes and macaroni and cheese and was informed that they had combined those to make 1 large order of each. This Manager was again so polite and kind to a senior citizen as myself and told me if this was not enough to call him back and he would fix more for me at no extra charge. You don't find customer service like that very often. The food was delicious and was definitely enough for our family. I just wanted to thank the Manager and staff for the great customer service and wonderful food. I hope they continue offering the holiday meals. I will definitely order again if they do!”

“New favorite Mexican restaurant in Bristol. It's a little bit more expensive than other places but it's more than worth it. They have a better menu and they use higher quality ingredients than their competitors in the area. My only complaint is that it still just looks like an Outback on the inside but that's not that big a deal. Overall, a great place to eat. Try the fresh guacamole, by the way.”
