“This review is meant to be for management and hopefully improvements can be made. The staff is always very friendly, polite and helpful- they get 5 stars. The food is always good, 5 stars for that as well. However, I just waited 31 minutes for two sandwiches, two fruit cups, and an iced latte to-go. This is not the first time I've waited over 20 minutes for a to go order, either. Additionally, nearly every to go order I watched picked up during my extensive wait time, with the exception of two, was missing something. I'm not sure if this location is being understaffed or lacking solid training for staff to handle busy times, but the wait times and the order accuracy aren't meeting standards that I believe patrons expect at Panera. Again, the staff is always friendly and polite and helpful when orders need to be fixed, and the food is always good. 30 minutes is just entirely too long to wait and the order accuracy is subpar.”

“This Dunkin location's staff is always polite and efficient at what they do. I've visited multiple times and they've always gotten my orders correct, and done it in a timely manner. Today I walked in and got a dozen donuts of different varieties, two breakfast meals, and two large iced coffees and one with almond milk instead of cream. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes, which was fantastic in my opinion. Side note: I'm not a fan of the way their hash browns taste, but that's more of a general Dunkin issue, not this location.”

“This is an older unit that has been fully remodeled to one of McD's more contemporary layouts. I know the franchisee personally: he started as a worker for the previous franchisee, became a unit manager, and was so good that his boss made it possible for him to buy a unit when the boss was splitting up his large number of units to divide among his children. The guy runs his stores with the same focus as when he was an assistant manager, and he brings along employees same as he was treated.”

“I'm writing a post about this location because I wanted to highlight what I thought to be good customer service by the food prep personnel. I ordered food here for me and my family from the self order kiosk,and when I ordered there wasn't a receipt. 10 minutes later, no food. 15 minutes later... Still no food. Almost 20 minutes later I walk to the counter and find out that my order was skipped! Thankfully, there was a gentleman there who not only found my order but made it promptly and apologized. We all make mistakes sometimes, but what stood out to me was the prompt customer service I got when there was a problem. Thanks for making my experience wonderful in the midst of a busy dinner service”
