“OK, just got home with the chocolate peanut butter cake, the rainbow cake and a small slice of key lime pie. My toes are still curling! The pie is awesome, I got the last slice and tho small, it is smooth, lime tart and perfect. The Graham cracker crust was a delight on it's own. I hope they have more tomorrow. The peanut butter chocolate is dense, with an amazingly smooth icing with a roasted peanut flavor. The rainbow cake was a huge slice and was sweet and a touch dry but still excellent. I think they said it was gluten free so that may account for the sensation of dryness but well worth it. I will definitely be back!”

The food is always good, 5 stars for that as well. However, I just waited 31 minutes for two sandwiches, two fruit cups, and an iced latte to-go. This is not the first time I've waited over 20 minutes for a to go order, either. Additionally, nearly every to go order I watched picked up during my extensive wait time, with the exception of two, was missing something. I'm not sure if this location is being understaffed or lacking solid training for staff to handle busy times, but the wait times and the order accuracy aren't meeting standards that I believe patrons expect at Panera. Again, the staff is always friendly and polite and helpful when orders need to be fixed, and the food is always good. 30 minutes is just entirely too long to wait and the order accuracy is subpar.”

I have tried both types of the pork barbecue, the beef barbecue, baked beans, green beans, slaw, homemade banana pudding and homemade limeade! All were incredibly delicious! The vinegar based pork barbecue was my favorite, but all the barbecue was outstanding! This is a small family run business with emphasis on quality and service ! Wait times are extremely hit-or-miss, and when they miss, food arrives cold. It's just not worth it to me anymore. I tried for a year to be patient, but said patience is gone (please do not contact me to try and change my mind or my review). I also save $10/order in delivery fees and tip. Dine-in, or take-out both end with very positive results. One of my favorite go-to places in Richmond!”

Let me tell you, the owner "Cheesecake J" is a hoot! She and her mom "Jamie" provided us with a memorable experience. It was like hanging out with your besties for coffee, cake and fun conversation! Her cheesecakes tastes amazing , and the names attached to them are fun! She has a beautiful testimony and is probably the most positive, high energy lady I have ever met.
