“If you plan to use the drive thru and it's busy you may want to enter from the back entrance and it is HIGHLY recommend that you u turn so you can take a right into the restaurant. I probably only attempt to visit this location every few weeks but it seems many people missed driving etiquette ...... Very rarely will anyone ever let you turn left to enter. Good place for road rage to break out. Today alone there was at least 4 of us that just drove off after the line hadn't moved for almost 10 minutes. Then when it finally did drivers who fell entitled just block you to get in first..... Very poor design since this is a newer location and they are very aware of the traffic they are capable of.”

Every item was enjoyed. The staff were great. The server was patient. My meal portion was just right. I was just short of finishing my soft drink because I was full. It’s not priced in a entry range food. But then it’s not a fast food experience either. It’s a lot better. Their eat in tables could be better. They were clean, adequate, but seating experience can be improved. Food 5 star. Service 5 star. In house eating 4 star.”

“Full Kee has been around in Richmond for a long time, they were here in 1999 when I first moved here. Very authentic Hong Kong/ Cantonese food. Best dim sum in town, they are served as how it was in southern China. People push carts filled with little dishes around the restaurant, you can see and pick what you want to eat. Price varies based on the size of the dish. They are not very expensive. It is a good idea to go in a group of three or four people, so you can try as many dishes as you can. Most dishes contains two, three or four pieces in them. You don’t have to go all the way to New York Chinatown to get dim sum.”
