“I had high hopes for this restaurant. I have gone there twice now and both times I have been disappointed. The first time I ordered a Pastrami Hot Dog. It was good but nothing outstanding. It was just a regular hot dog with just a little sauerkraut on it and some pastrami. It was served with the Faro Salad which was different but good. The cost was $12.00 which I thought was steep for what you got. The second time I went, I ordered a The Mickey D Hamburger. Again I was disappointed. It did not have the bacon on it as described on the menu and it was the size of a slider. They will not cook it to order, so if you like well-done hamburgers you are good to go. The cost on it was $13.00 and was served with French fries that were lukewarm. The menu is overpriced for the portions that you get. I do have to say that the waitstaff was very nice, that's why I gave it 3 stars, it was just average.”

“First time visiting after reading a lot of good reviews. The atmosphere was good. Had a live acoustic act going on with some good tunes. The selection of food was good for a small place. The burgers tasted excellent. Juicy and cooked perfectly with the right amount of toppings. They were cooked fresh to order and came rather quickly. Beer selection was decent. The only complaint we had was that the burgers do not come with any side. You get just a burger for around $8.99. Not saying it’s not worth it but it would have been nice to have a side. Chips at the least would have been a good addition. We will come back again.”

“First visit to this small town deli and sandwich shop. Service was polite, friendly and quick. The "Hot Sub" was outstanding. Roll was fresh and a great combination of toasted crispness and soft chewy inside. I don't often get the chance to stop and eat when I am out in this part of the state, but am glad I stopped in. I'd rather support a small local business than a chain any day. I will be back!”

“This McDonald's is always good for early morning breakfast. Most of the staff are quite friendly but there are a couple that could improve on their people skills. The icecream machine is rarely broken! I do not care for McDonald's lunch or dinner so it wouldn't be fair for me to comment on that. The parking lot and restraunt are kept clean. The restroom cleanliness has improved over the past year.”

“Anna's does offer the only pizza by the slice in the area. So that's a good thing. The food is okay. We had pizza this time but I've tried others things on prior visits. The decor is very odd to me, but the place remains popular with locals. I think the volume of food is adequate, taste-wise to me is rather ordinary. The truth be known, I havent found a truly outstanding Italian restaurant in my local travels as of yet but continue to look from Montross to Gloucester. The wait staff was sluggish and their demeanor on the lack luster side. As for prices they range from reasonable to on the higher side. Still I have a fondness for the place since it was the backdrop for a first date for me...so if you're hungry and in the mood for middle range Italian this might do nicely .”
