“I specifically go to Mosaic’s Farmers Market on Sundays to get falafel from Blue Stone Kabob. *Chef’s Kiss* The food comes in easy to store pouches (fridge or freezer). I can microwave the falafel in the pouch after cutting a steam vent. Depending on the meal, I can split pouches into two separate portions. The chicken kabob was also very well seasoned and tender and juicy - even when I heated it up in the microwave. More than enough portion wise that I split it and can make 2 meals out of the pouches. I also get the Korma chickpeas as a side. These ready made meals are so easy to heat up during the busy work week and it’s so satisfying and delicious! I don’t feel like I’m eating at home, I feel like I’m in a restaurant! And try the white sauce - it delicious and goes well on the falafel (and many other foods!)”

“I ordered a breakfast plate of biscuits & gravy to dine in at their counter, which is well appointed with placemats, salt & pepper grinders, and bottles of malt vinegar. The gravy came out just lukewarm, but they heated it back up for me and it was nice and hot at that point, and generously populated with plenty of crumbled sausage. The black pepper brought out the gravy to my tastes. The biscuits were decent too. I would definitely come back to this “to go” place that’s tucked away behind a small industrial building on the west side of Sterling.”

“This is a bit of a challenging review for me. Mediterranean is one of my wife's favorite cuisines, but not mine. But with that in mind, I have to give them 5 stars. We split a few plates and had a couple drinks. I was initially impressed with the hummus and the very obviously custom crafted pita. The grilled heirloom carrots were good, flavorful and cooked to just barely done perfection. Lamb lollipops were similarly perfect. The Arayes burger was a fine blend, cooked more than I'd prefer, to at least medium, but well seasoned. The pita in this instance wasn't my favorite, though it did hold things together well. Feta/Zatar fries were good.”

“We went for my birthday and overall our experience was great! All the food was good except my dad's steak was overcooked slightly. Also my sister didn't care for the caramel toast and would have preferred the apple French toast. My salmon Caesar salad was amazing and fresh and the rest of the food was great! I tried the non dairy Mint shake and it is yummy, I just didn't like the coconut milk whipped cream. My friends work here too and I love that this silver diner employs young hard working people! “It was a slight chilly afternoon and with a craving for hot food we wanted to try this new place. Cozy place very friendly staff!!! The bread wrapped in the cloth was so welcoming but by the time it reached the table they were not warm but the taste was good so not complaining much 😅. The chicken dish was very delicious the creamy eggplant paste yum yum yum a must try dish. The shrimp shish was the next dish we ordered with a spicy twist as I prefer spicy food. It was not at all spicy but the spice rub was very flavorful and I do think they should serve with that spice 😅. Was lil disappointed with the quantity as you can see on the plate plus in the menu it said comes with rice but they said it is not served with rice. I’m sure my disappointment was very visible on my face that the staff got me complimentary rice. Do check while ordering what sides it comes with - pro tip!!”

“Wanted to love it. As more ice cream places pop-up, the competition will become tough for them. The strawberry milkshake is on par with McDonald's. Overall I just didn't feel it.
