They can be overwhelmed and a little slow at times. All in all, they're college students best suited for serving other college students. Fantastic place to swipe on weekends and afternoons, but if you're not on VCU's meal plan it's most likely less ideal.
Great place. Polite staff and good good options
The sandwiches taste good and it definitely worth a swipe. Except it is the only location on campus that does not give you chips with your sandwich. I normally have to get two items, usually a salad and sandwich, to feel full. If you are in hurry, DO NOT come here. The service is so bad. It takes a long time to get your food and the quality of a salad is hit or miss. They are way understaffed or not trained. They don't even know what is swipeable. They are always understocked as well.
