“They have options for the VCU Swipe Exchange that most freshman are required to be on; however, the swipes are only available on Saturdays. You can expect a very long line on Saturday morning and afternoon, since many people will want to take advantage of their once-a-week opportunity to eat some Chick-fil-A for swipes. They are open to take other forms of payment during the week with decent hours. The food is comparable to any other Chick-fil-A, but slightly worse than expected. This is likely because this is another location managed by Aramark, which has a bit of a reputation for being careless with food quality. I'd say it's worth it though. The customer service is better than most dining locations on the meal plan, but still worse than a standard Chick-fil-A. Aramark seems to place many part-time student workers at this location, which unsurprisingly results in some pretty dull interactions. All and all, this is one of the better places on the dining plan by a long shot. It has it's flaws, but in comparison to the rest of the meal plan, it deserves four stars.”

“The only drawback to this place is the price(s)! Food was incredibly memorable. I ordered Cheddar Baked Grits $15. DELICIOUS! They were so good, I came home and attempted to recreate the recipe. The atmosphere, cleanliness, and service are all impeccable. Beware of the prices! $5 for a 6 oz cup of coffee (includes refills) Yes, I will go here again despite the prices.”

“Don't kid yourself. You don't look amazing and you don't feel like dancing. Everyone here is in the same boat. Appreciate that for what it is. This is the place everyone comes to get away. If you're cool with that...you're cool. Come in.”

“Got the crispy chicken with curry sauce, one fried egg, and the spring rolls for takeout. It's pretty good, but nothing amazing. Wouldn't go out of your way to eat here, but if you live locally, then I'd give it a try once.”

“I go there mainly for the smoothies and acài bowls. Prices might be a little more than a typical smoothie joint, but it still tastes very good. There's board games and TV to watch while you enjoy the food!”

“Probably the best pizza and hot subs in Richmond. Fries are also always delicious. New Yorker approved (wife and in-laws, not me, but I do still approve!)!”

“I met with family at the restaurant for my first visit. I really liked the decor and the quaint look and feel. The plating and food presentation was very cool and different from most of the Thai restaurants I’ve visited in the past. The food was good but not excellent. I would definitely give them another go.”

“We went at the perfect time and were seated immediately. Food was delicious and the server was very kind. I would have given five stars, but my mother had to get up and ask the server for chips ten minutes or so after we already had received our drinks. The server just seemed really stressed, but after the chips, her service was top notch.”

“Satisfying food, good value, nice service. It’s mostly straightforward and calorific bar food, Philly cheese steaks, and sandwiches. Definitely better than average in this genre and very generous portions. Totally satisfied. If I was at VCU I would eat here three times a week. One star off for lukewarm wings, loudness, and 25 minutes from order to service of lunch.”

“This was awesome! The manager was extremely polite and helpful. The food was absolutely delicious and the server was extremely courteous and helpful! The restaurant was also extremely clean from the ceiling to the floor. We will definitely eat here again. Highly recommend.”

“Loved it. Nice people, great modern Italian Jewish food. Had the matzoh ball soup. Hot and tasty with perfectly formed but tender dumplings. Delicious dill notes. Eggs in purgatory were spicy and rich. Belgian farmhouse ale gem Maine was sharp and refreshing.”

“Had a great time. Everything we ate was delicious wings, onion rings, salmon bagel. The drinks were varied and happy hour was a good deal. The interior has a unique fun design. Some vegan options too but didn’t try any. Will definitely go again”

“Fuzzy Cactus has the best food, cool music and fun decor. Drinks are interesting and plentiful. The bar staff is friendly and professional. I tried the "Sis" fried chicken sandwich and my only regret was that I was too full to order a second one. It is THAT good. Is it possible to have a favorite bar that's also your favorite restaurant?”

“Literally ran here from downtown Richmond (a bit of a hike). In a cute building with patio seating, we arrived without reservations but were seated promptly. It's restaurant week and we were thirsty and famished so we ordered: arancini, short rib and kidney bean cake (respectively) and we both got the blackberry pie.”

“Bingo is a top notch bar-cade experience in Richmond. Spacious, good food, good drinks, fun games, convenient re-loadable game cards, & gorgeous outdoor patio area. Gets a little noisy and crowded easily despite being spacious and parking lot fills quickly so plan to find street parking. Overall fun place, great for meeting up with friends or a date. Highly Recommend!”
