“This place is small but amazing , their New York style pizza out of world . They make their own pizza dough every day ( don’t believe .. check out mixer at back) they use fresh ingredients. “This establishment went above and beyond all expectations. I chose this location for the igloos on the Outer deck, and the staff assisted me with my date night/proposal by specifically decorating our igloo with some of the stuff they had left over from Valentine’s Day, brought out two glasses of ginger ale with hibiscus flowers in them because we are alcohol free, and a special dessert all of which they did not charge us for. They also allowed me to have flowers delivered to the location the day before to help me out with the surprise I was planning for my fiancé the food was absolutely delicious from the appetizers, to the main course, to the dessert. The entire staff was very pleasant and helpful. We have made it our official yearly anniversary spot. Highly recommend!”

“Don't be thrown by the service/atmosphere ratings. It's a small place (I counted seven tables) and it's an order up front place. The only 'service' is someone bringing you your food. They were perfectly pleasant and yes setting is nice, but the ramen is DOPE. Please check the hours, or (like me) you can come by when it's closed.”

“We were in Richmond for GalaxyCon and wanted to grab a late lunch. We hit up the Google and kept scrolling through the “usual suspects” and saw Slay Burger. We weren’t 100% what we were “Slay”ing, but decided to give it a try. We were so glad we did!! What a tasty fresh-cooked burger!!! The Slay Sauce is great, still not sure what’s in it, but it’s tasty! The gentleman that took our order let us try some on a waffle fry. We ordered a Slay Burger and a Bacon Slay Burger and when we started discussing drinks, our server asked if it was our first time here. We said yes and, lo and behold, our drinks were free!! Great little place! I highly recommend it if you’re in the Richmond area!”

“We had a great time at River City Roll! My husband and I wanted to find a place that was group and kid friendly for the day after our wedding. We were able to get 2 lanes next to each other for 2 hours as well as 2 large tables to accommodate a very large party of people that were all coming and going at different times. The staff was attentive and nice. The drinks were really really good! And the food hit the spot. The bowling was fun as well but mostly I enjoyed having space to just hang out. It ended up being a nice day so people were able to enjoy the outdoor space as well. Definitely a good option for a big group.”

“We came here the day after it opened. There were plenty of people here for dinner. Wait time was about 10 minutes after ordering. They had sweet and unsweetened tea in addition to the fountain drinks (orange Fanta, Dr. Pepper, and Pepsi, I think). We got one combo, 4 fingers a la carte, two Texas toasts a la carte, and two kids meals. The chicken fingers were moist and not too salty. The breading did not have much flavor but it had a great crisp. The chicken fingers are a good value at $1.82 each. The crinkle fries were hot, fresh, and nicely salted. We were eager to try the special sauce. It was good - had some spice and a vinegar taste to it. I’m not sure if most small children would like it. I got a side of house-made honey mustard for 44 cents. It had a milder flavor than the special sauce but did not have a honey flavor that I would expect. They had a Heinz ketchup pump that we didn’t use. The toasts were large and tasty - also a good value. Our friend also got a side of coleslaw with his combo but we forgot to ask how it tasted. The kids meal came with two chicken fingers, fries, a drink, and a double sided paper to decorate a cat and a dog with stickers which were fun. The restaurant interior decorations were beautiful, modern, and paid homage to local Richmond sports teams. As our first time trying Raising Canes, it was a good experience. I wish that there were more sauce options because I think that it would be more worth it to order a bunch of chicken fingers and have fun trying different sauces. The menu itself was pretty limited. I didn’t see any dessert options. I think to be competitive with other chicken restaurants in the area like Chick-fil-A, Popeyes, and Korean BBQ chicken the menu should be wider but I doubt that is something that can change within this one storefront. We didn’t do drive through but saw that there were two ordering lanes that were well managed with Raising Cane’s traffic control.”

“This is immediately one of my favorite places in RVA. The seating and lighting are as warm and comfortable as the service. The food was all perfectly seasoned. We got the hot honey chicken and the tomato soup with pesto grilled cheese. The fries that come with the chicken were excellent: Crispy, creamy, and well seasoned. The chicken sandwich uses a thigh so it's juicy, flavorful, and crispy. It looks like they have rotating specials and we're excited to see what they have on the menu next.”

“My boyfriend picked up lunch for us at this location. He got the snow crab leg boil with corn, potatoes and sausage, I got the Sha Bang Bang Shrimp(comes with rice) & an order of their Cajun fries. Both orders were PHENOMENAL, and according to my boyfriend the staff was very helpful and friendly. We definitely will be coming back here. My food is pictured, shrimps were giant and extremely flavorful. The rice was high quality and you could tell they rinsed it and seasoned it with care. The fries were SO tasty and crispy. Cannot say enough about how good this food was.”

“We had a fantastic celebration for my nephew's 18th birthday yesterday. Everything went smoothly with accommodating staff for 30 people, timely food service, and our favorite drink, "Long Island Iced Tea with Lavender Lemonade." The manager even let us play a new birthday song through the speaker. The banana pudding cookies were exceptional, with a perfect balance of softness and crunch. They even had a small section where we can take pictures.”

“Very cool coffee shop. I'm gluten, dairy and soy free and I'm not a coffee drinker. They have a lot of vegan items, but those usually contain soy. My wife had the blueberry scone and described it as very good and the coffee was very good(she's a coffee snob). If you're in need of a coat, you can take one from the rack at front. “We went to Autumn lounge for brunch. The food was good, but the place is small. Service was ok. It could have been better. Taxes on my tab was $16. I asked the waitress what kind of tax was that and she said it was taxes and gratuity for the "back". I have no idea who the "back" was, but some of these restaurants getting out of control with extra taxes a fees. I don't mind tipping, but don't provide subpar service. I still have yet to experience a good brunch in Richmond like I've experienced in Maryland and DC.”

“First time at the Main Street location! We live close to the other location so we've been to SB's Loveshack many times. This time I got to introduce a friend for brunch and she had a great time! I got the daily quiche - it's always so good! - with the sweet potato hash, which is my favorite thing on their menu! I also just feel like it's one of the more balanced items on their menu with the side of greens. Just a nice brunch plate. This location feels a little bit smaller than the Lakeside one, though it may have the same amount of seating in the end. Whereas the Lakeside one is a bit of an irregular shape on the inside, this is more of a standard downtown Richmond space set up. Bar seating, bench along the wall with tables (which I imagine could be combined for larger parties), and more table seating. I think because there are fewer distinct spaces, it feels smaller but there is still plenty of seating here. Great spot for breakfast food with a large menu, weekly specials, and flair for days. Great service too - definitely recommend checking out!”
