The food isn’t spicy - you can add spice with the salsas - so it’s perfect for everybody (I’m a total wimp & didn’t have any problem). The restaurant itself is super clean and nicely decorated. The service staff were good, need to replace the paper food baskets and plastic forks. I'm sure you can purchase stainless steel forks/knives and tin plates for food. The ambiance and decor needs significant help. Seafood is the basic menu so make the ambiance representative if what you are selling. Probably won't return.”

Making a very pregnant sweet as can be cashier sweep and mop while talking down to her and doing nothing herself really accept talking down to her staff and yelling at her young children she brought to work and forced them to sit at a table and not move. It definitely bothered me a little. But other than that, this was a really nice pleasant mcdonalds”

“Had a great experience last night. My husband and I love to eat outdoors on the patio/balcony. We called to make sure patio seating was still available before paying $6 to park in the lot. Employee that answered the phone said yes we have patio seating. When we arrived 10min later, the host said the outdoor seating closed 5 minutes prior. Disappointed, we decided to leave. As we were about to cross the street, the manager came out of the restaurant to tell us he would give us a table on the patio and apologized for the inconvenience. It was about 2 hours prior to closing. We were the only diners out on the patio and it was great. Our waiter was courteous and patient. Allowed me to sample 2 draft beers and provided descriptions about the choices I had in mind. Food was good, beer was tasty, and service ended up being excellent!”

“I recently went to Bellos for the first time with my sister. We got in a little after midnight and the line was not too long. With the lounge being on the smaller side you can definitely see it being quite crowded quickly. We were able to get in and dance until closing. I am a first generation Guyanese American so any lounge that is Caribbean/African is one that I would love to visit. We should try to be there a little early.”
