“This is our family's escape/treat dinner go-to. The seafood is fresh. My favorite dish is the "Sonny Delight." My husband varies between the fried seafood platter and the scampi. Our daughter loves the scallops, and our son tends to choose the cod. Every server is always attentive and professional, but our favorite is Eddie.”

“Staff were very friendly. Our server, Amber, took care of us very well. A very wide selection of beers with imports. Wings were amazing. Probably the only thing is that the table and menus weren't particularly clean but I kind of expected that. It wasn't a problem. Would definitely go again!”

“Overall great location. While on vacation my family always choose to eat in at cracker barrel for breakfast or dinner. Great service and food. The only reason for not a complete 5 star was that we waited awhile for food preparation, a little longer than usual. We went for dinner around 8pm and wasn't as busy and thought they were preparing to close then instead of 11pm. Overall breakfast, lunch and/or dinner, you cant go wrong with Cracker Barrel!!!!”

“By far the best location that I have been to. Even with it being very busy and a little congested due to the near by attractions this golden corral kept up with no problem. Keeping up with its cleanliness, food supply, and guest services. My family was very pleased with the various food selections and everything was hot and fresh!!!!! We will be back!!!”

“Shockingly amazing surprise find. I try to avoid places close to lots of hotels and obvious tourist traps but discovered this on a whim, during a road trip. The place was empty which was scary at first, but the food is AMAZING, and so well priced! Added benefit of very well made, HAND MADE beverages, was the icing on the cake. Walking distance to a ton of hotels around the area, and a huge parking lot would make for easy parking for anyone staying nearby. Excellent find!”

“Denny's allowed me to customize my meal to my liking. The food was served hot and fresh. I recommend upgrading fries to seasoned fries for better taste. Service was a little slow as they were understaffed, but the manager/waitress was friendly and cheerful. The restaurant was clean and presentable. Empty tables were cleared and ready for incoming customers.”

“They were extremely fast and the food was fresh. The one I go to in Newport news the French fries taste like they have been sitting but I'm sure this location cooks to order. I got the 12 piece family meal which was 32.96 after tax, which was great for the portions you got. The only problem there was was one piece of fish I had was a little over done but 1 out of 12 is still great. I would recommend and of course come back again”

“After a long day of adventures we were absolutely starving. We were having a hard time choosing what to have for supper. After scouring Yelp and asking a few people what they would recommend for supper. The lady at the ABC store said that we should check this place out, lucky for us it was next door. We were greeted with a warm smile and a hello, we felt very welcomed. They have a good kids menu with the usual suspects on it. My wife had the seafood special - crab, scallops and fish in a angel hair pasta with a lemon butter sauce, excellent. As you can see had a pizza, AMAZING!! The service was very good and our drinks stayed full. The server was always asking if everything was ok and didn't forget about us even though he got busy. I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a place to eat.”

“I have to say the pictures of the food is what got us in there. But the taste will being us back. We were met at the door but smiles all around and it was busy. Constant movement of the servers and a lack of empty seats confirmed the popularity of this breakfast place. From the start, the coffee was hot and delicious. Our order was taken quickly and by a very friendly waitress. Corned beef hash, eggs and a side of pancakes. It came before I expected and was better than I hoped. My coffee was refilled and the second coffee was better than the first. The pancake was great with a sweet flavour to the batter that really didn't need syrup. I can't recommend this place any more than I am. I look forward to returning.”

“Your typical Chinese restaurant. The food is above average. They do take the time to make the food delicious. The prices are not bad for what you're getting. Customer service is amazing.”

“I have been drinking Virginia Beer Company brews since they have opened. They have a top notch brewer and he is cranking out some pretty great beer. The have very solid core beers, a great barrel program and very approachable beers for the folks that are just dipping their toes into craft. So no matter where you are on the spectrum, there will be a beer for you. I have been to the brewery about a dozen times over the years. The staff is always knowledgeable and energized to discuss their beers. Great place to hang out for a few hours any day of the week. We actually hosted our wedding reception at the brewery recently. It was an amazing venue. Luci and her team were easy to work with, they made great vendor suggestions for food and tent rentals. We had an amazing day and a lot of it had to do with the VABC team! Thanks again!”

“This Dunkin' must be inside the East Coast Gas Station on Second Street, just before the McDonald's. I had made several trips by the East Coast Gas Station on Second Street. I have even been inside the store several times when I lived in that section of Williamsburg. It is a very nice store to have a Dunkin' in. I was very satisfied with the visits that I had made to this store.”

“Loved the retro Mickey D's. The service was great with friendly staff. The dining area was amazing. It contained things younger generations could only dream about. From old signage to telephone boots to and old chevy Bel-Air. It was quite enjoyable.”

“Enjoying a place is always a matter of having the right expectations. This is a simple establishment, with a single-sided, laminated menu. Our waiter was ancient, but friendly. It was telling that he assumed we were tourists. The ambiance is simple and quite. Certainly not romantic. My companion had a steak, which came cooked as she requested. She enjoyed her meal. I had the lamb chops and was pleasantly surprised! The chops were tender and adequately seasoned, but still allowing the lamp to speak for itself. The vegetables were fresh and prepared in a fairly plain fashion - not overcooked - which also exceeded my expectations. The salad was very simple and the plain rolls served their purpose. Overall portions were fair - we might have considered desert. We did not bother with desert or coffee on this visit. They have a very short and simple desert menu, with standard pies, etc. Sometimes, a nice quiet place to have a reasonably tasty meal is just what you need. We may give them another visit...”

“We went there over the weekend and were blown away. Absolutely amazing calamari. The sauce was fantastic. Pizza was excellent as well. The best part is the price. Very affordable. I know where we are going when we visit williamsburg again. Which hopefully is soon.”
