“Although there was a bit of a wait for our food tonight we patiently waited for this NEW and upcoming business to fulfill our order. Upon getting our food we were first greeted by the delicious smell of southern fried chicken that made me pine for my days living in Georgia, hot lazy summers and gentler times. Our food was hot and crispy despite the time waiting and boy was it tasty! We got the crack sauce and it was so good I would put that on anything! Subtly spicy, creamy and made with love. The Mac and cheese was gooey deliciousness and I want the recipe! Fries were fluffy inside crunchy outside as they should be. It was a hit for my family and my husband was really excited to finally have some good southern food on the island. We are confident things will get better as this business has been open for less than a month and can only grow from here. We definitely will become regulars! Thank you Hale’s kitchen for bringing good Southern food and nostalgia to the island, I missed it.”

“Quaint unique little place to stay on the island. The location is convenient as home base to stay on the island for a couple days. Definitely enjoyed our time there. The service was very friendly and welcoming and the room was clean. Definitely a little dated but I knew that going in and I looked at it as being part of a rustic type of experience. Don't expect a Hyatt type of level of modern design and amenities, that's not what the experience is for. It's a nice warm little family owned hotel with its own charm in a convenient area of the island. Overall very pleased with the experience.”

“This Starbucks is not a vacant field as the only picture on Google Maps currently shows. Starbucks should get on here and post some representative pictures. It is an open store site with as of 5 October 2020 sit down service. I have one very major complaint and that is the placement and size of the menu text - it is too small to read. This is not unknown to the management for when I mentioned this to a worker there was a common acknowledgment. In counter with the previous review I found no deficiencies with mask wearing.”

“Very surprised after I walked in. Was not expecting the inside to look as good as it did. The bartender was nice and fun to talk to. The drinks were about average price and they had a great selection of liquors and beers. Plenty of TVs throughout to catch your favorites sports team. This would be a fun joint for you and the guys (or gals) to get together and kick back a few. They had background music playing but wasn’t loud and you could actually have a conversation. Plenty of room inside with a few bar games as well.”

“I really love Taco Bell but this TB seriously pisses me off at times. For one thing, I work nights and I avoid using the drive through because most the time I use it they get my order wrong and the line is usually way too long to go back. Also a lot of the time I go to eat in they close the lobby to the public which leaves me no choice but to use the drive through which as previously stated, sucks! The one thing I will thank Taco Bell for at this point is giving me motivation to start taking my own food to work with me. At least it will be cheaper and healthier.”
