“This Starbucks is not a vacant field as the only picture on Google Maps currently shows. Starbucks should get on here and post some representative pictures. It is an open store site with as of 5 October 2020 sit down service. I have one very major complaint and that is the placement and size of the menu text - it is too small to read. This is not unknown to the management for when I mentioned this to a worker there was a common acknowledgment. In counter with the previous review I found no deficiencies with mask wearing.”

“Stopped into Island Cafe for breakfast before catching the ferry to head home. Walked in, was seated immediately, and ordered. Seemed like less than 5 minutes my order was in front of me. “Great family owned & operated local business, always great food, with a diverse menu featuring outstanding traditional family recipe Mexican dishes as well as standard fare like, fish & chips, burgers & chowder, expansive breakfast menu with all items on their menu served all day, ample portions, reasonable prices, & excellent prompt, attentive, accurate & personable service. I've eaten there at least a dozen times & haven't had a single complaint. Having worked in the restaurant industry, I can be extra picky about a broad variety of things most people wouldn't even notice, but this place consistently gets everything right.”

“Went with my daughters and one of their boyfriends. We all had something different and it was all amazing. My vegetarian daughter had the best Reuben sandwich and she gave me a bite. I will be ordering it next time! So good, actually I prefer it to the most version. The setting is wonderful as well, but dress warmly unless it's hot outside. The space is cavernous because they also host special events there. Finally, there are three fabulous quilts adorning the walls and they are worth a close inspection.”

“You really cannot do better than this place for a homey, small town, Cafe experience. They make all of their own pies fresh and they make a bunch of different kinds. It's a beautiful environment next to a pond. They serve a very solid straight-up breakfast, but honestly the Highlight will be the pie and you can take one home with you. It's in a wonderful little area surrounded by antique buildings and barns which are home to a bunch of little handcrafted stores with artisanal cheeses, local wines, arts and crafts made by local artists. Really worth checking out.”
