“Brunch was fabulous! The Tallulah Benedict had hunks of crab leg meat (!!!) and was absolutely delicious. Their breakfast potatoes are crispy and creamy. Hollandaise was light and lemony. Service was a bit slow with only 2 servers on the floor, but they were very friendly!”

““The best kept secret, I guess I just leaked it.” The Hi-Spot has long been my personal favorite and go-to breakfast place in Seattle. They have a diverse and well crafted menu full of breakfast staples such as a breakfast burrito, eggs Benedict, etc. Located inside an old house the ambiance is also terrific. One word of caution is that as you would come to expect from a beloved and delicious brunch spot in Seattle, you’re best off getting your name on the list early on the weekend.”

“My Cousin treated me to this GEM. They have great Greek food and serve beer and wine. There were 3 of us and we shared plates. Tasty combinations of falafel, Salad, and gyros. We even split a baklava with vanilla ice cream.”

“This place is now under new ownership. Now named "Love & Flour". most elements are the same. Essential Bakery bread is still available but they have stocked the RTE case with delicious deli salads. The vibe is better you can feel the difference. I look forward to discovering more. 2/29/20”

“I had somebody tell me that her mother was French and many bakeries don't take the time to make croissants properly (2 days). She recommended this bakery highly and a croissant with a foamy cappuccino. I ordered the plain croissant and savory pastry and drip coffee. They were so good that when the waiter said his go to was the cappuccino and chocolate croissant.....I had that for dessert. Excellent! Delicious. Worth it. :-)”

“Amazing value for quality of pizza. Add all the toppings you want with no extra charge. Loyalty program is great, always clean and helpful staff. My friend and I LOVE pie five. Their pizza is always really good, and their workers are friendly and funny. My friend and I love the 2/$10 on Tuesdays. We've tried a lot of their different pizzas and liked all of them. Highly recommend.”

“This review is for the main draw of Honey Baked Ham Co: The meat! Bread was good too, surprisingly, but both the turkey and ham are delectable. Both ham and turkey have a honey-sweet crust that permeates through to the meat as well, making each bite delicious. The ham has a savory-sweet combo reminiscent of smoky maple bacon. I was excited to pair the leftover ham with eggs for breakfast. What appeared to be fresh-baked snickerdoodles for dessert were to die for as well. Definitely recommended.”

“This is one of my favorite places to eat in Redmond. The selection of soups, salads, sandwiches, breakfast and treats makes it a great group meeting spot. Everyone in your group will likely find something they like for meal.time. Consistent quality, good nutritious food. Good coffee, and tea too. Popular at meal times.”

“Came here at the suggestion of a friend. I was vaguely aware this place was here having driven past it for years, but I had never actually gone in. I am glad we tried it. Prices are a bit above casual lunch prices but the quality and preparation of the food appears worth it if you're looking for an elevated experience. Had the Cobb salad with chicken, which at (I believe) $18 is maybe a couple bucks above average price, but the salad was above average. All the individual parts stood well on their own, and the result was a very tasty and filling lunch. The story I was told is this space used to serve as the kitchen for a very skilled caterer who eventually opened the restaurant, and it has expanded from there. I would absolutely love to go to a party catered by these folks! All in all, I will certainly come back. Next time I will probably try the taco Tuesday special. I'd also enjoy coming back for dinner, and try some of the more adventurous entrees.”

“Vanessa and her staff here at Unwind Cafe are absolutely amazing! This is by far my favorite place to drop into when I’m on Alki w my dog. They’re dog friendly too w awesome treats. They would make me celery juice when I was on a cleanse, their bagel sandwiches and all juices and smoothies are so delicious. I also love that they use all organic fruits and veggies.”

“Stopped in for a coffee while visiting Seattle. Placed an order for a 'shot in the dark' I believe it was called. The place was pretty busy with a standing wait. After about 5 minutes I got my coffee and was very pleased! Will definitely revisit for the coffee when back in the area.”

Want a great meal in a casual yet professional setting then visit here.. ask Emma to set you up with an experience from the kitchen and bar and you will get a wonderful, thought-out experience.”

“So many vegan choices. Very healthy with lots of vegetables, nuts and grains. I got the Ginger Noodle Bowl. It was okay. Maybe because temporarily out of ginger sauce. The Cashew Curry was good. A little spicy but not too much. Filling and with plenty of plant protein and vegetables and nuts. The Tempeh Peanut Bowl has a good bit of protein. Tastes good. I’m a fan of the veggie kick burrito. The banana ginger muffin is just okay. The smoothie tastes fantastic with cocoa added. I usually ask them to use raw almonds with water instead of almond milk because it’s a bit healthier that way.”

“Visited on January 25, 2020 at 2:41pm before walking over to the Sculpture Park. I had the chicken burrito and it was nice but warm not hot like I was expecting. Think the chicken, beans, veggies were heated earlier and then rolled into the burrito and the a ladle of sauce was poured over. Not the worst but again different than expected when I was told "this place is can't miss."”

“This place is exactly what we look for in breakfast spot when we've only got a couple minutes to eat, but don't want fast food. It's located across the parking lot from the waterfront Marriott it was the perfect place to grab something unique and delicious to go! The Opla, basically a very fancy skillet, is a Vietnamese dish that combines runny eggs, meat and some veggies in a delightful little skillet! When you walk in, you're greeted by a small counter, seating for about 20 people and some pictures of the options on the wall. Everything looks incredibly advertising and I'm happy to report the actual food matched the The picturesque expectations! They have half a dozen different options which are all variations on the meat or accompanying protein. We tried the Vietnamese version which included eggs, grilled pork, meatballs and some pickled veggies. Everything is served with a really delicious baguette and by the time we were done, we were all planning on how we could try another one! Different variations include, as expected, different meats and veggies from different regions of the world. They also serve Bahn Mi, which I’m excited to go back and try for lunch someday! This place is a great little spot that’s right down on the waterfront and will introduce you to a dish that you probably haven’t tried before, but that you almost assuredly will love!”

“This is my go-to spot when guests come to the area and we need late night food. Ba Bar is great any time, but unbeatable after 10p. The menu is delicious and there's something for everyone. The ingredients are well-sourced; I'm especially grateful for the ethical meat sourcing. The beer and cocktail menu is also good, they make a mean Moscow Mule and have some lovely inventions. Service can be slow on rare occasions, and I've had less success ordering standard cocktails, I suggest sticking to the awesome ones on their menu.”

“It's got thy College funky cafe charm. Good upbeat but mellow tunes playing. I might have to drop my bike off for a tune up next time. Grabbed the breakfast burrito bowl. It was super tasty and for the next month when I have a meeting each morning nearby I plan to stop in a pick up this breakfast dish afterwards.”
