“Koo Hoo is a local Thai restaurant that aims for the street Thai type food. They have a decent sized menu, portion sizes are about average and so are prices. Their food is delicious though, so much flavor. They have a good amount of seating inside but it can get busy quickly so we order take out a lot instead. The staff is so nice here, always so cheerful. Parking is tough here, especially when 15th has tow away times, so be careful when parking even when picking up l. Would highly recommend this for Thai food as one of the better ones in Seattle.”

“Portions are huge! I got the #20 and was surprised how big the chimichanga was for the price of the plate. While quantity is there the flavor is a bit bland. The shredded beef inside had little flavor as did the rice and beans.”

“I just moved to Seattle from Atlanta. The team at the 1st Ave. Starbucks has helped make my transition even better. They treat me like a friend, like a part of the family. I appreciate them greatly. They’re really great at what they do. Stop in and visit them. Tell them, Ashley says hello.”

“The owner stayed open late for me and fresh cut vegetables to make garlic chicken for me. Try the sweet and tangy sauce that he makes it does have a little bit of a late bite to it with a good medium spice. About the same or not quite as hot as the sriracha.”

“This is a perfect stop for a marienda at the gas station or waiting for the bus. I ordered the number 5, dos mulitas and it had avocado, fried pork (you can choose chicken/steak/etc) queso, pico, and came with delicious salsa. Thanks for the good food! Muchas gracias!”

“Came here Friday around 5pm and the place was completely packed! Servers were great...super friendly and attentive. Our cocktails were beautifully presented and we tried the bread/pickles dish, tandoori eggplant and duck croquettes. We liked the bread and croquettes the most. Eggplant was a tad tough. Very lovely atmosphere and great addition to our little neighborhood!”

“Spectacular empanadas! Authentic and fresh with just the right seasonings! They are the go to food for my kids and her friends, too. They just grab them about of the freezer (if we don’t have them cooked already) and pop them in the oven. Healthy hearty handmade meal for the kids that I feel great about. Great when working from home, too.”

“Some of the best food in general around Seattle. I patronized their booth at the West Seattle Farmers market and I couldn’t be more excited for this. Most of their food is naturally gluten free. Vegetarian options galore.”

“I love The Spot! It’s the cutest, coziest, friendliest little restaurant/bar. All of their food is great. They have espresso and make great lattes, their waffles are amazing, as is all of their dinner. The staff are warm and welcoming. They have seats by a fire both indoors and outdoors. They make great cocktails. Definitely give this place a try!!”

“Nice, clean diner. My daughter and I ate breakfast there, and it was quite good. The French toast was delicious, with cinnamon and vanilla. The hash browns were crisp, and the coffee was excellent. The service was leasurely -- not a place for a fast meal, but good for a relaxed one.”

“Seattle's best kept pizza secret! I want them all to myself but also want them to be successful, so try them out!!!! Limited toppings but not total purists with creative weekly specials. Their crust is BOMB - perfect combo of chewy, crunchy, bitter char from the oven. May be one of the best white pizzas I've ever had.”

“This was the second time we’d ordered holiday dinner from Kaspars and the experience was great both times. The food was packaged and clearly labeled and came with easy to follow reheating instructions. It took less than an hour to reheat and prepare for serving. The food was amazing! We even had the kids coming back for more vegetables which is completely unheard of in our family. The clean up was fast and leftovers could be sent home in the original containers. We’re definitely doing this again”

“First off, these are the sweetest most inclusive people I’ve ever met. They were so excited for us to try our first bite of their pizza and it did not disappoint. Second, their pizza is ungodly amounts of delicious. We’ve had all the best pizza across the country and this is absolute top notch cooking. We had the Mr. Pig and highly recommend. Thank you to the staff for making our whole trip to Seattle this weekend extra special ❤️❤️. Will be back for sure on our next visit.”

“My partner and I came here for the first time today! Love supporting local businesses. We split the beef/lamb platter. Plenty for both of us. Meat was flavorful, fries were hot and a little crunch on the outside, service was great. Definitely will come back :)”

“I didn't used to be a big fan of this place. Service and value never matched up to the great location. They're rarely busy at lunch time. My last few visits have been very good. The current bar manager and lunchtime server is great. Burgers and wings are always good, and it's now a nice option for lunch.”

“Really great German beer pub, love that I have to force myself out of my IPA routine. Decent food from a small menu, but an amazing selection of beers that will definitely have something for you regardless of preference. Staff is super friendly, really knowledgeable, and attentive. Plus, it's a SF GIANTS bar, so I am booked! Assuming we get baseball back! Haha”

“Service was attentive and on time. Tri tip sandwich and wings were great. I'll go back and sample some other items and there were plenty that looked good. They have a full bar and several choices for draft beer. It was fairly quiet in there and that had games on a few different TVs. I can see this being a nice place to watch a game and get a good meal without a whole lot of screaming and yelling fans interfering with the ability to watch in peace.”
