“Incalmo is fantastic. The setting is very cool and modern, with great views of the Glass Museum. The menu isn't long but the food is diverse and delicious. Their burger is hands down the best burger I've ever had and their ribeye was cooked to perfection. Food presentation is impeccable, the chefs know what they are doing and everything my wife and I have ordered has looked and tasting amazing. The staff is super friendly and attentive, I cannot recommend this place enough!!”

“Awesome pizza, awesome staff, and the beers I tried were all great. They were absolutely slammed due to Tool playing at the dome. The young lady at the bar/register continually let people know how long it would be for slices and/or whole pies all the while pouring beers and taking orders. The crew never got flustered, they just kept cranking out pizza as quick as they could. The pies are huge, as are the slices. They have a nice variety of pies with red sauce, pesto, or garlic base. I really enjoyed everything and will be back next time I'm in Tacoma!”

“No reason to come back here unless you're a fan of their in house brewed beers or someone wants to group meet. They're decent enough, but nothing memorable. Maybe the Rosemary's baby pizza... I'm not a dessert person, but the marshmallow ice cream was probably the best item on the menu as part of a desert. The pizza crust tastes like saltine crackers, and toppings are severely limited. they use a fire oven as their great source. The place is clean, executes food really well and has slightly better ingredients than some pizza chains, it's just a very plain experience. I suppose it's nice to at least be able to bring in kids. I hope they do great.”

“The Mongolian beef was great! The rest of the food was kind of a little above average than what you would find in most of these types of restaurants. Was super expensive it was almost $75 for two people to eat. The bento boxes were approximately $20 a piece with two orders of entrees but very confusing on how to order the entree and sushi is not included even though it's listed as an option? All in all the food was pretty good I just was very surprised at the cost. Portion size of food is pretty good size also. Cashier was very nice and patient with us as we were ordering. Very $$$$!”

“I couldn't believe my eyes when I saw the kitchen down the street had a Vegan sign out front! Hit the spot, and is a twist on vegan food not attempted too often - a messy, saucy American burger joint. I had the classic vegan burger and sweet potato fries. It felt perfectly healthy, but like the juicy burgers I'd get before going vegetarian. I can't remember the last time I actually ate an entire burger straight through. Staff was nice and friendly. Will definitely be ordering from here on the regular!”

“Normally this location is spot on, and waiting time is minimal. Maybe it was the amount of orders vs employees on duty ratio. This was almost a 3 star review, but what made it better, was the friendliness of the employee working drive thru window. I'm sure it's not easy dealing with entitlement most the day. Not only the customers but, the employees as well. Especially on weekends. Most of the Starbucks I frequent have crews that aren't usually on top of their game on the weekends. Today, I give props to the drive thru window at Center and Mullen.”

“Way more crowded than it used to be, good for them of course, but for people that don't like heavy human density, avoid weekends. Also, no outdoor seating, I could have sworn there used to be giant jenga and giant connect four in a nice outdoor section in the back... Great arcade though, wonderful selection from old to brand new, they've definitely become a full fledged gaming oasis. Edit 2022: Still Great! Go here with the family every few months or so and they always love it. For a not specific pinball arcade, they always have plenty of cool ones and sometimes new machines I've never seen. I wish the food was better though.... not terrible, but I wouldn't go there JUST to eat, but it's an arcade, so no problem.”

The staff are cordial and thorough- even with complex orders the crepes always come out fluffy yet crispy, with delectable insides like their lemon curd or seasonal berry crepes. Even their savory crepes like the ham egg and cheese is not overly salty or oily- but packed with high quality meats and wrapped in a perfectly crisped crepe. Their coffees are also to die for! Never burnt, their roast is top notch and again, the staff always get my order right. The owner took the time to ask me about my day. Meghan has taken my orders a few times with a 100% success rate even if we’re getting three or four crepes and coffees. LOVE THIS PLACE!!!”
