“What an amazing experience! Thanks Mallard Ice Cream for being tops all the way around. Music was fun. My 4 yr old grandson asked me for a dance, what do you do? You dance like no one is watching. An amazing heartfelt memory I will treasure on this earth ????”

“Our first visit and not our last. Wait time to sit was about 10 min. After being seated we watched the chief prepare meal after meal and our mouths we're watering. My wife had the ravioli and I had the oven bake sausage canaloni. Our salad came out first within minutes of making our dinner order. The server checked on us every 5 to 10 minutes and was very polite if we were having a conversation. Water and drinks were kept full and after our salad we we're ready fir the main dish. Very surprised at how much flavor they packed into the sauce. Definitely has some fine wine in it that brings out the flavors. The portions were very good and both me and my wife had leftovers for the next days lunch. Value is good for the quality of food served and the service you get. The personal attention from the server and the detail the chiefs put into the food will have us coming back. Thank you”

“Northeastern and Sizchuan cuisine! So good! The egg drop soup was hot and full of flavor. The sweet and sour chicken had an excellent flavor and texture. Everything on the plate was very hot. The server was also the hostess, and she did an amazing job. I can't wait to come back!”

“AB crepes is conveniently open late, perfect for a midnight snack. It offers savory and sweet crepes, including vegan and gluten free options! I've visited many times and have always been impressed. They are often busy so it does take a while to get food.”

“I absolutely LOVE this place! They renovated it and painted it so beautifully on the inside! These girls are amazing at making espresso drinks - including my favorite drink the Ceylon tea with steamed cream. ???? Lighting and atmosphere is great, I can't wait to try all their little share plates. If you are looking for a great glass of wine after work, or a coffee to get you going in the AM this is the perfect spot! ♥️ I highly recommend the breakfast wraps ????”

“I go here all the time, and I never regret it. Everything off the menu is awesome. They have multiple really good vegetarian options, which is rare for a burger joint. It's a trendy, relatively cheap place to take out of town guests for a true Bham experience. Love it!”

“Really enjoyed our meal there. Lots of tasty food. It was not to busy or slow. Service was good. Some mistakes were made but were made up for by changes needed and attention given.”

“Hands down one of the best meals I’ve ever had! Got a lavender latte, a Reuben, and a Caesar salad! The dressing was incredible and the sandwich was so good! I cannot rave about this place enough!! The service was friendly and fast! Enjoyable little seating area! Will be back!”

“First time visiting from out of town. I am giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because it was really great food atmosphere and friendly service, however, I was disappointed with our server’s lax response to my contaminated meal. I had been certain I tasted some bacon in my vegetarian breakfast, so I alerted him to let the kitchen know— but told him I’m happy to pay as I have no proof. He told me to find some if I could; as I picked through my hash browns I found quite a large piece, and another small one. I’m glad I didn’t accidentally eat those, too, and that I’m not crazy! The server just said he was sorry and left the bill on the table. That’s not the best way to win repeat customers! There was such a long wait between my complaint and his return, by that point we just wanted to leave. We were so enjoying our meals and I wanted to love this spot but I can’t get the bad taste out of my mouth.”

“Real great place. More laid back and welcoming than the other geeky/board game/bars we've tried out on the west coast. Recommend if you have a couple hours to drink and destroy your friends at trivia or strategy”

“Great expansion compared to the cramped beginnings. Lovely window seating. Delicious signature lager, and large selection of liquors. Tacos are stuffed and flavorful. Salsas are also well crafted.”

“Wow! I had the pleasure of stopping by this gem while working today. The service was fantastic! Everybody behind the counter had a sincere interest in providing what may be the best cup of coffee I have ever had. Christian was was great at explaining what sets them apart as a top tier coffee house. I look forward to trying some food when I return.”

“The chicken fried chicken was great, not flattened and the gravy was delicious. I thought the biscuits were toasted bread at first but they were crumbly not flaky- and they were great! Wife loved the chicken and waffles! Not sure about the other reviews but our server was attentive, greeted us right away, and made sure we had what we need. We’ll definitely be back!”

“Seems like a solid start for the Black Sheep spinoff, cocktail was excellent, Banh Mi was good but a little small for price and the pork was a tad dry.”

“Food wise, Jun's is some of the best sushi in the county. They offer real crab meat and other substitutions for those of us that like everything but imitation crab. The chef has let me substitute with spicy tuna as well as shrimp tempura when they were out of real crab meat. It was his idea, he was quick with a solution and happy to make the changes; I really appreciate business owners that understand how to make a customer happy. Atmosphere wise, the restaurant is cute: it's decorated well, small and intimate, and often very quiet. I sometimes feel like I can't talk to whoever I am with because I am terrible at, if not incapable of, censoring myself and I don't want to upset other diners. However, I find that they are quiet too and maybe feel the same way. I'd love for there to be some soft music or nature sounds or something. It's also worth noting that it gets very busy here, but it's worth the wait. The chef is by himself making sushi rolls and then I also catch him cleaning tables and checking people out. I'd love to see his help covering all the other bases so that he can focus on making food and making food only, it would improve efficiency and decrease his busy work load. I think he's too nice to properly delegate them into shape, but he's just the best and deserves the best help!”

“I showed up 20 minutes past opening time and the doors were locked. After they let me in and I ordered I didnt get talked to again until I had waited 10 minutes to pay the bill after I was done eating. The gyro was pretty good, I would have had more garlic and more cucumber on it.”

“Great place in the Western Washington University district.. lots of interesting people to watch. Yes, there is no menu, you go up to the counter for the “spiel”, very simple: potato or beef in bite size 18 pieces in cilantro, butter, & curry powder. You can ask for plain. Served in a container & spoon with a piece of rye bread. They come with small container of sour cream, if you like it with sour cream, you can take as many as you want. At $7, what’s not to like, we asked for beef, you can definitely taste the beef in the dumplings. A small dollop of sour cream goes so well. Cold pop is $1 a can. Nice late night snack for sure. Simple & delicious & always a steady stream of college students.”

“We went around 7pm and although the place was packed, we were seated within 10 minutes. The tables are small and super close together so it's kind of awkward to have a conversation with other people possibly overhearing. I got the tonkotsu ramen and it was pretty standard. Broth was smooth and flavorful, egg was done just right, noodles were good. Service was quick and friendly. In and out in about an hour.”

“I had a chicken and a yam taco on corn tortillas. The ingredients tasted fresh but cold! I thought tacos normally came warm served? Next time I'll request warm tacos. Everywhere else I've had Taco serve warm.”
