“My wife and I ate at Kings for the first time yesterday on October 18, 2023 at their new location in Philippi. She got a Stromboli which she enjoyed and I got a pizza to eat and take some home. The pizza was excellent. I highly recommend it if you are looking for Pizza in Philippi. The true test of pizza, though, is if it tastes as good cold as it does right out of the oven. Many pizzas fail this test, Kings, however, did not. The pizza is just as good cold as it is warm. This is a welcomed change from other pizzas one can get locally. There may only be one other place whose pizza is better, but it would rarely be in competition with Kings. I can't wait to taste a pasta dish in the future.”

“We had a delicious lunch today at La Lobera Mexican restaurant, which recently opened in Bunker Hill, WV on Route 11 south of Inwood, WV. The shrimp fajitas and vegetarian number 4 cheese burrito platter were served hot, fresh and very tasty. Our waiter Ruben provided excellent customer service, too. La Lobera is off to a fantastic grand opening, and we plan on dining here again very soon to sample their delicious authentic cuisine!”

“The BBQ was cooked perfectly. I had the Texan sandwich which is beef brisket and pulled pork. The meat was juicy and the Carolina sauce delicious. My side was potato salad and that was yummy also. My husband had pulled pork, coleslaw with pickled onions. My son had the beef brisket with Alabama white sauce. If you are in the area this is a must stop.”
