“Feeling a bit rushed through dinner is maybe our one negative takeaway from the night. Apps were passed out as the chef rolled up so if you weren't eating you were served your entree without first enjoying the soup and salad or if you were eating you were missing the show (and ignoring the wonderful interaction between chef and diner that's available)-you get my point. Then dessert was brought out and server was looking to box up our meals when there was still over half a plate yet to enjoy. It wasn't super busy so I'm not sure why there was the pressure put on to hurry up. Otherwise the "show" was entertaining and fun for all ages and the food was delicious. A nice place to take the family when it's time to celebrate something special.”

“Driver Casey was a pleasure! Pizza arrived fast and hot, and he was the most professional and personable delivery person we have had in years. It’s not a dig against many others who have done fine jobs. He just happens to purport himself in such a manner that makes him an excellent “face” of the company while he is out of the building and representing Domino’s in public. Thanks for bringing our hot and properly prepared dinner in a timely manner and with such courtesy! *** I have not seen the new building as we often do delivery, but I need to give an overall ???? to this branch! On the occasion in which they did not correctly deliver one or two pizzas correctly for a family gathering, and I gave them less than a 5 star review for their private website (not to be posted on yelp or google, etc), a manager called me within minutes. They saw what I said and were interested in fixing the problem! I had to leave for a few hours but was willing to take them up on their offer. They kindly re-made the pizza(s) that were incorrect and had no issues delivering several hours later when we returned. The error was just and error, a simple mistake that can easily happen. I didn’t judge them on a long-term basis in my head on making a mistake; I make them often myself in day-to-day life. Instead, I HAVE proceeded to keep in my long-term memory the extent to which they cared that this one single customer, with an order under $50, and the effort they put in to making sure I was taken care of with an excellent degree of customer service! I have always used this location so cannot comment on other branches, but I have been more than impressed by their drive for excellence!”

“This is an all time favorite restaurant of mine in Green Bay. Growing up this pizza and ravioli was a weekly dinner. Nothing is better than this pizza. The service is always fantastic and the place is family run- I don’t think I’ve ever been into the restaurant and the owner wasn’t. I recommend this place to everyone! “I came here for a friends birthday during the lunch buffet... The food was AMAZING!! Not sure of the name of the dish(they told me and I forgot) but it has crunchy fried pieces of like tortilla chips and veggies it so savory & sweet and bursting with flavors some sort of salad ????????. I loved it so much I came back the very next day for lunch and the food did not disappoint. I love the garlic naan bread too. I tried EVERYTHING it's ALL GOOD.”

“It's Applebee's. You know what you're going to get before you get there: something that looks good but is mildly underwhelming when you put it in your mouth. The food is overloaded with sodium and sugar and suffers from a complete lack of local, fresh and inventive. Our server, however, deserves 5 stars: she handled a VERY awkward moment with my husband in the most professional way. I tipped her well.”

“Been here 4 times. Always good food. The BEST milkshakes around. Tables weren't kept clean at lunch hour. The ordering system for this chain is awful. The menu is poorly placed and difficult to see while ordering. They are inconsistent about where in the line you order soups/drinks/shakes. The counters are so high it is hard for kids/shorter people to order. Once you get to the cashier you must recite your entire order to the person. The whole process is chaotic and annoying. It also slows service. These things usually lead me to Firehouse were I can order and chill....unless I need a milkshake;).”

“Atmosphere was good (visiting it today 02-17-2019). Food was good. After finishing my bagel and reduced fat cream cheese, I noticed that I was given an expired cream cheese dated 01-19-2019. I brought this up to attention of the server, and she told her manager. I went to see her to make sure they remove the expired items from their bins. Manager asked me if I ate the cream cheese. I said well yes, I noticed it after the fact when the empty tub was upside down. Basically you were not to sell one month old expired item. "She said, Oh! Let me see what I could do". She left me waiting for another 15-20 min. The manager never came back and totally forgot about it. We left Panera in Green Bay and here is the picture of the expired item and the manager continuing making coffee and ignoring what she said and to address my concern. My little also had part of my bagel with cream cheese.”

“Originally I was skeptical about making the journey in the snow to come eat here, but now that I have I’m glad I did. Food was outstanding! Ordered TSO chicken combo, came with what is pictured, and I don’t have a single complaint. The service was extremely helpful. They helped me through the menu describing and answering any questions I had. They weren’t impatient and were happy to help. 10/10 would recommend and will be coming back if I’m ever in town again.”

“Comfort food. Smart and simple plan, but they carry it out perfectly. Rueben and Loaded Potato are my favorite. The cast iron skillets for plates works great - keeps the food warm the entire visit. I know they also offer the macs in sandwich form, too, but haven't tried them yet. We have never had a bad visit.”
