As a Mexican we always miss the traditional food and if you have been there you won’t let me lie, It makes me feel just like I have been transported there. There quesadillas are handmade and omg! “The gas station and general store are awesome, better quality than your normal Mobile. The best perk is the petting zoo in back. Ducks, Chickens, Pigs, Ponies, Llamas, Goats and sheep all free to see..A donation box is located outside for admission. Because of Covid the grain dispensers aren't filled, but inside the general store you can get carrots and feed. Such a great little trip for animal lovers or Little kids.”

And the food was amazing, better than our normal Go to. Worth the stop. Last minute stop turned into be worth it. Atmosphere was lovely too. May be the margarita talking but I love this place ;). “Brought 6 guys for lunch to this old style watering hole. Service was EXCELLENT! Ordered drinks and the bar person got the order right the first time. Ordered burgers and some chicken wings and while it took some time overall most came out ok. I ordered the spicy wings and they were very mild. My fries were soft and NOT fried. The other 5 ordered burgers and they said it was ok but they felt the burgers were frozen and ok. Overall this is just the kind of old time bar Wisconsin is known for. It would be great if they could find some burgers that would help them stand out.”

“First time coming here we we will definitely be back. My daughter chose the cotton candy on a hot day so it was melting quickly and we had to throw it out. I came in to get popcorn instead and they have my daughter some for free. We went outside on the picnic tables and they came out and gave her a small scoop of ice cream too. Very sweet of them. ♡”

“For any/all travelers AND especially truck drivers reading this...if you want a great place to stop, take a break, and eat a truly HOME-COOKED meal, THIS IS THE PLACE! I personally have stopped here on three occasions and I've never been disappointed. There is a nice, big lot for truck parking (in the rear) and cars can park up front. The food AND desserts are super delicious! The people here are warm and friendly. It is one of THE BEST places in the Midwest (hands down) to stop for your 10-hr break!”
