Address: 116 3rd St S, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Meal delivery Meal takeaway Restaurant

“Great pizza for a great price. New York style with tons of toppings. The crust is freshly made and the cheese is cheesy. Quick lunch when you grab a slice and they reheat it for you. They have a deal for 2 slices and a drink. They offer local beer too.”

Dimsum Teashop

Address: 221 Pearl St, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“If you're reading this review: DO NOT go into dim sum expecting fast food. Its not. "Dim Sum" is just a term for Chinese tea snacks. Everything is hand made. All bubble teas are assembled to order. As well as a "secret recipe" spicy noodle soup bowl. Staff is always kind & friendly. They also carry a massive wall of loose leaf teas from all over the world. This is a place to sit down & relax for a bit.”

Mario's Chicago Beef & Hot Dogs

Address: 118 3rd St S, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Love me some Mario's. Had the Italian combo with hot peppers. Everything was delicious. Excellent customer service and a very nice place. 5 stars easy”

Bebo's Dogs & Beef

Address: 101 3rd St S, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“It's good, sometimes. Kinda sketchy lookin workers when owner isn't there so usually avoid it those times. After the guy with no teeth told us it was 8 bucks for a hot beef sandwich but couldn't provide a menu to prove prices went up my friends and I decided a more established location better served our late night cravings.”

The Crow

Address: 100 3rd St S, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“(dramatic voice) In a world where there's a bar or three on every street... There's a place you can go where the burgers are literally amazing and the beer flows quickly from the tap to your cup. That place is called The Crow. Come here and experience a bourbon flight. Be fancy. OR... do what I did and drink Spotted Cow until you can't see straight. Either way you win.”

The Helm Bar

Address: 108 3rd St N, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“It's a neighborhood bar that you can walk in and know at least one person. I love going in for a cold beer and a habenaro Weiner. The bartenders are good, you usually go in for one and stay for more!”

Dublin Square Irish Pub & Eatery

Address: 103 3rd St N, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Cool place to just hang and people watch. The out side covered patio was a great place to relax after walking all over downtown. The the spring and fall would still be comfortable as they have heaters as well. Food and service was good. I wish they were a bit more dog friendly though as many people had dogs there that had to be left on the outside of the gate. Strange being that most of the hotels in the area allow dogs in the hotel.”

The Breakfast Club & Pub

Address: 214 Main St, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Love this place! Food was great & the portions are HUGE! The atmosphere was very unique & reminded us of an old school ma & pa restaurant. The twist on many of their menu items, tying in the Breakfast Club is so much fun! Such a great place for young & old. We stopped here on our way out of town while staying in the area. We look forward to returning again & again!”

Ralph's Restaurant

Address: 109 3rd St N, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Great place. Not the right photo of ralphs though, needs to be fixed.”

Kate's Pizza Amore

Address: 212 Main St, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“This is a great place to go if you would like a unique pizza experience. The prices are a little higher but that’s kind of expected for a good quality place that offers a unique item. The atmosphere is amazing. If you want cheap pizza with lots of options go to pizza doctors. If you want great quality pizza in an elegant yet charming environment go to Kate’s Pizza Amore. Edited from earlier review: I accidentally hit 1 star and was not able to go back and edit at that time so I am glad that the owner responded and so positively I might add when they thought this was intended to be a negative review. This also brought the mistake I made to my attention when it popped up in my email. So thanks for that! Just one more reason responding to reviews is important for business owners to do! ????”

Digger's Sting Restaurant

Address: 122 3rd St N, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Where does one start? The food was absolutely delicious-- highly recommend the Snow Crab and Artichoke Dip appetizer if you're hungry. The atmosphere was classy and cozy; and the waitress (Sanya) was super fun, personable, and a dear. Portions were great for the money. Overall, wonderful evening and will be back for another.”

Lindy's Subs & Salads - La Crosse

Address: 221 Main St, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Meal delivery Meal takeaway Restaurant

“Good subs, quick enough delivery. Nothing beats the beef eater sub. The potato salad is great as well.”

Sushi Pirate

Address: 200 Main St, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Sushi Pirate has excellent service, excellent food and also a wide variety of food. I was never a sushi person but my girlfriend has me try the Flying Dutchman roll, since it was cooked. Boy did I love that. I've had sushi about once or twice a month, and this is the only place in town I'll eat it from. The fried rice is also super good, and I liked the soft shell crab. The inside is very nice and very clean, all the tables are washed properly and they don't leave food specs on the floor. I highly recommend Sushi Pirate to anyone who is looking to try/enjoys sushi.”

Three Rivers Lodge

Address: 111 Front St S, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Jack was our server, we came in for a late lunch. He was fabulous. This was a great stop. We had a delicious light lunch of the dock lunch and yummy smoked deviled eggs. Food was great and service was better.”

4 Sisters Wine Bar & Tapas Restaurant

Address: 100 Harborview Plaza #100, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Went here twice in two days, once with a girlfriend for dinner and once with my parents for lunch. Both times great food and drinks. Small plates fun for sharing. Nice view of the river sitting out on the patio. Good stop while in lacrosse. Not cheap but not overly expensive either.”

The Restaurant at The Charmant Hotel

Address: 101 State St, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Lunch was unexpectedly disappointing. We frequent the restaurant, but today things seemed off. The green BLT was bland and all I could taste was the grease from the tomato. The bacon was overcooked and fries were oversalted. I took two bites and didn't touch the rest. Strangely the server never inquired if something was wrong with the sandwich. With that said, the cheese curds were delicious. Just an overall bummer for a place we like.”

La Crosse Distilling Co.

Address: 129 Vine St, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Had dinner and found the cocktails to be interesting and tasty (pulp fiction, house old fashion, Hodag margarita and lax mule). Chips and salsa lacking but guacamole was good. Shrimp tostada was refreshing, the pork enchilada was good. The wedge salad very good and the spicy cucumbers were fiery but liked as well. The corn and black beans were very good. And the peach & rhubarb dessert was light. Fun communal seating available at long table.”

The Freighthouse Restaurant

Address: 107 Vine St, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“KING CRAB LEGS... do I need to say more?! These are the BOMB! Anyone who loves crab has gotta get to the Freighthouse. I don't care that they don't take reservations... this place is worth the wait. Enjoy a drink or two in the bar while listening to live music. The place is a MUST GO on my LAX list. My boyfriend has had the porter prime rib steak which is supposed to be 22oz I believe but is is definitely closely to a few pounds as it is the size of a mini football. All the food & drinks are PERFECT here & the staff are knowledgable & very professional. I cannot recommend this place enough!”

La Crosse Queen Cruises

Address: 405 E Veterans Memorial Dr, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Very cool experience; we didn't do one of the dinner tours but hope to do that in the future. The staff are knowledgable & the picture taking service as the guests board is a cute touch. Recommend this to many, very nice new venture while in LAX.”

Brother's

Address: 306 Pearl St, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Visited on a Wednesday and enjoyed the (good)boneless wings and had a lot of beer. Prices are very reasonable. I feel it is geared more towards the college crowd, which makes sense, as Lacrosse is a college town.”

Burger Fusion Company Downtown LaCrosse

Address: 200 Pearl St, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Was told I could find the perfect burger here. Food is very good, but I havent found the perfect burger yet...will update when I do.”

Pickerman's Soup & Sandwich Shop

Address: 327 Jay St, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“The baked potato soup, Texas barbecue and ham & swiss were all delicious. The interior is beautiful also. We will absolutely go back when in La Crosse again.”

The Waterfront Restaurant and Tavern

Address: 328 Front St S, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“Great view of the water and comfortable setting. Food and service is excellent there. This time I had the fillet with diver scallops. Only thing wrong was my mistake... Should have gotten more as they are so tasty. Don't make the same mistake... Worth every penny. Our waiter, Sam, did an excellent job! If you like cheese, try the cheese board... Very delicious.”

Lovechild

Address: 300 3rd St S, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

“I have been trying to get here for a long while and it was totally worth it. The food had great complex flavors. Sweet and savory together in 1 dish is hard to do and it was a success. The flourless chocolate cake with espresso cream hands down one of the best desserts I have ever had. Prices were standard and fair for the quality of food. All that being said I felt like the staff rushed us. We had just sat down and were poured water when the waitress was there asking what drinks we wanted. Then back soon after for our food order. Food came out fast which is nice but just felt rushed, not leisurely for the experience. I also would prefer a tablecloth to the plain shiny tabletop. It didn't match the velvet booths and dark colors and lighting. Awe but who cares, the food was amazing!”

River Rocks Coffee

Address: 332 Front St S, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Cafe Restaurant

“The barista was very attentive to all of his customers making them feel warmly welcome. He even offered to buy a cookie for someone! Will definitely return!! What a great atmosphere”

Piggy's

Address: 501 Front St S, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Night club Restaurant

“Piggy's is great! Love love love the lunch salad bar. Great food for dinner on date night. Unimpressed with the mediocre pasta night. We could easily make the same at home and is a pretty steep cost for what you get.”

Address: 500 Front St S, La Crosse, WI 54601, USA

Restaurant

Subway Restaurants

Moxie's

Address: 1835 Rose St, La Crosse, WI 54603, USA

Restaurant

“Both last summer and this summer, we have enjoyed excellent service, delicious food, and an enjoyable atmosphere at Moxie's. We arrive by car, bike, and boat and often stop there with guests on our boat. We absolutely LOVE it there and will continue frequenting the Tiki Bar for as long as the service and food stays excellent!!!! Highly recommend it! Don't miss out on this wonderful riverfront place in La Crosse.”
