The loaded fries are truly LOADED (you might need a bib), all was worth the price.”

“We picked this venue as it was directly across from the event center, FiServ. We had about a 10 minute wait at 4:30 pm prior to a 6:00 venue open. We noticed that there were lots of empty tables, but yet we had to wait. Now we understood it was a standard scheduling plan that minimizes both wait time and minimal employees. Pretty smart. By the time we left, 5:45, the place was packed and fully staffed with people waiting. The service was amazing, attentive but not crowding us to leave. The food was great, yet priced for the area. We left a big tip. Always leave a big tip here as the staff contends with some real sh%t heads.”

“Craft is the first floor bar/restaurant in the new Trade Hotel in downtown Milwaukee. It's a beautiful space in the Deer District, offering incredible food and a large selection of beer, wine, and cocktails. First and foremost, our server Shahira was AMAZING! She was very attentive, constantly checking in with us to make sure we had everything we wanted. Our drinks and food came out quickly and always with a smile. We started with the giant pretzel and meat and cheese board. Delicious and perfect for sharing with our table of 6. I had the Shaved Brussel Sprout and Kale salad as my entree, and it was hands down the best salad I've ever had in a restaurant. The large pieces of crispy prosciutto were very flavorful and a welcome (not to mention long overdue) change to the typical croutons. These and the generous sized shaved cheeses were the perfect compliment to the craisins and vinaigrette dressing, creating a refreshing salty-sweet balance. The portion was sizeable and could have easily been shared (although I took my leftovers home and enjoyed them the next day without the greens being soggy at all). Craft is absolutely a winning experience and perfect for date night or groups. Worth going back again and again.”

“I got in pretty late flying in from Fairbanks through Seattle- I was looking for some good late night eats and stumbled upon this place! Oh. My. God. Literally THE best chicken tenders I've EVER had!!! I ordered the CFC (their original flavor, not the hot one), and they were perfectly seasoned, delicious, huge pieces of chicken meat! Look at the pic below (it was only ~$15 for the whole plate!) I'm literally writing this review as I'm shoveling this chicken into my mouth since I can't stop eating! Also the chef/ owner was super friendly and explained to me what the dish was! I'm legitimately going to ask my company to send me to Milwaukee more on work trips so I can eat here again! 10/10 stars, would 100% recommend if you're in the Milwaukee area. EDIT TO ADD: the sauce was incredible too!! They have a fun option called "Chef's Choice" for sauce (I think that's what it's called) and whatever it was it was the best thing I've ever had the pleasure of dipping chicken tendies into”
