“Finding my route to a nearby meeting, I spotted pies on google maps. Pie being one of my favorite food groups, I had to check it out. I called ahead to make sure a pie would be available when my meeting finished. The same friendly person who took my call handed over the chicken pot pie for a reasonable price. After about 40 minutes in the oven, the family enjoyed a “homemade” pie. Even the chicken hater thought it was good. They seem to have a good variety of pies frozen, selected chilled pies for reheat, and order ahead for a hot ready to eat pie. Next time I am in town I will be back for more.”

“Went for their fish fry. Service is very good. The server was very attentive and the food came out timely even though it was a full house with a lot of large tables. Good bartenders, also. The fish fry was great. The prices are only a few dollars more than other places, but the amount of food you got was worth it. We tried the blue gill and the perch. They were the biggest pieces of those types of fish I've seen. More than enough for us. Fish was good, not greasy at all. The German potato salad that comes out with the bread is awesome. I could have eaten twice as much. The potato pancakes (2 large ones) I got had a very good flavor; could have been a little crispier, but I still liked them. My husband's baked potato was huge. Good coleslaw and tartar sauce. They were even having a special where you got a ticket for a buy one, get one free drink at the bar after your dinner. I will be back to try the haddock dinner.”

“Came here 5/3/19. Short wait and excellent food! I had a pulled pork sandwich with their beans! I needed more barbecue sauce on the sandwich though, that's my fault for not asking for extra! My husband had the ribs and he said they were good and tender! I definitely give them an A++! Excellent barbecue! We will be returning! I highly recommend this place to everyone! Well worth the drive!”

“We were very pleased and impressed with our first visit to the Ale Station in February, 2019. The restaurant is beautiful, very clean and inviting and, the Ale Station staff was personable and attentive. Our meals were outstanding, prepared just as we requested and exceeding our lofty expectations. From our appetizer to our main courses and side dishes, all foods were very flavorful and delicious! The Ale Station was all around top notch and we have since dined there again numerous times. These pics show entrees we’ve enjoyed from our recent visits including the Fish Fry, the Classic American Melt with a side of homemade mashed potatoes, Lasagna with Meat Sauce with a side of homemade mashed potatoes, the Louisiana Pulled Pork Sandwich with a side Salad and a bowl of homemade Minestrone Soup, Pepperoni Pizza, homemade Corned Beef Hash with eggs, hash browns and pancakes, homemade Potato Pancakes with fresh fruit, the Brisket Sandwich, the Cobb Salad, Omelettes.”

“VERY promising new brewery. A couple of small tweaks as they gain experience and it'll be five stars. The decor and ambiance are great, very warm and inviting, a lot of different seating options (bars, small tables, big tables, couches) and people really seemed to be happy. And it smelled like beer had just finished brewing! :) The beer was good, and so close to being great. Good selection of beer styles, even though the beer list was out-of-date. My porter was served ice cold, so the flavors didn't really come out until it had warmed up. My husband liked his IPA. The food was good, and almost really good. We had the pretzel. It was huge and tasty, but the dipping sauces weren't accurately described on the menu, and we weren't big fans of them.”
