“We have order delivery before and have been missing items. We recently have it another chance and went for lunch and sat in the dining room. The food was very good but they always seem to be out of something. Also, they should serve drinks properly, in a glass, not can or bottle of juice. Just feels more like restaurant style service. Although we enjoyed the food, service was very slow! We almost had to beg to get the bill. If they stepped up their service game with some steps of service training, and management ensures that the kitchen didn't frequently run out of menu items, it would be one of my favourites.”

“This place has recently moved to London from my home town - they were always the best Chinese place in Ingersoll and I'm thrilled they've moved their business so close to me now that I'm in London! Seems to be the same great quality as before. Portions are very generous and the quality is outstanding. I'm not sure what the one star review below is about, but I suspect perhaps some disgruntled competition.... Most other Chinese places in town are so disappointing in comparison to Au Chuan and we are so lucky to have them in our city now!! Will continue to return here from now on.”

“Great pizza, would have given them 5*, but they need to get rid of Skip The Dishes as a delivery service and take some course in proper Customer Service. It took me 3hr to get my family dinner. I ordered through Skip The Dishes. Skip The Dishes screwed up and didn't pick up my order. I messaged Skip The Dishes to correct it. Skip The Dishes said they would refund my money, place a new order, and give me a free meal. Skip The Dishes did not do anything they told me (in writing) they were going to do. No new order was put through the system. My original order was still sitting on the oven. When I called the restaurant asking about my new order they confirmed it wasn't put through and that my old order was still sitting on the oven. Big Guys basically said they could do nothing unless I put in a new order, which I did. Big Guys went as far as to tell me that even if Skip The Dishes placed a new order with them, they wouldn't honour it. They wouldn't even wave the delivery fee when I had to order through them directly. Even though "the guy they had to pay" to deliver the food was the owner! This is not good customer service. It's the complete opposite.”

“This has been a favorite restaurant for as long as I can remember (20 years?!!) The lunch menu is limited but the express service (order and pay on arrival = no waiting, perfect for those with limited lunch break time times) and the full menu with table service is available during evenings and weekends. The portion sizes are fantastic, you will never leave there hungry and the prices are very reasonable. You will not leave there broke!! The staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Service is always excellent. I highly recommend it!!”

“Went here while visiting from BC. Great food, loads of selections. Easy to make healthy choices if you truly want to. My husband wasn't overly thrilled with the food he got (different than mine), but I was happy. The desserts were decent too. They are easy to accommodate families here, too. My daughter, who is only 10 months old, really enjoyed herself and the small portions of food we gave her.”

“Very clean. Every topping and type of burger you could imagine and then some, even a Hawaiian burger. It was my 1st time there and the girl that served me was very helpful about all of the menu items. The problem was that I just didn't think the burger was that awesome. It had a firm texture and I guess I was just hoping for a well cooked, of course, but juicy burger as only London Burger downtown can do. It's not that anything was wrong with it. Simply not my personal preference and though I wish them every success, I think I will pass on a return visit. Back downtown I go.”

“Spectacular food and service, we came in as a group of 10 on short notice, A table was set up so perfectly when we arrived. Water and water carafe's were set out for us. The menu was described for us and the server was sweet and knowledgeable. WE decided to go for one of the combination dinners that included everything from apps to dessert and hot drinks. The food was amazing, the lamb basically melts in your mouth. the Butter chicken was spiced perfectly and the Tandoori.....you could tell it was fresh. I've recommended all my friend leave a review. How could we not! our visit was perfect.”

There were only two tables (including ours) at the restaurant. The quality of food was okay, nothing surprising good or too bad. The portion of the order was fairly small, so don't expect huge dishes. Customer Service was very good, which helps to earn a 4-star rating, instead of 3.”
