“I was at the restaurant today with my family. The six of us had a great table (large booth). The waitress was very friendly and extremely helpful when explaining the menu. Why not a 5 Start? The restaurant is in a transition, new ownership/management. As a result, the menu has limited items. While we were able to find something great to eat, I wish it was mentioned somewhere on their website about the transition. Otherwise, a modest discount (such as 10% on the final bill) would have been appreciated. Regardless, the appetizers were awesome and the pizza was very good... We appetizers and shared 4 pizzas among the six of us and still had leftovers. Their signature Industria pizza tastes like a Big Mac, very cool!”

“The service was great but did not find the food to be that spectacular. We expected better from a restaurant rated this highly. We ordered Trofie pasta from the dinner menu and while the presentation was good, the ingredients fresh, the flavour just wasn't fully satisfying. It was a warm comfort dish however. The shrimp cocktail was a build-your-own lettuce wrap with a few pieces of shrimp that was too tart with the sauces provided. The dessert of lemon shortcake was two dry pieces of cake with whipped cream in between and overpriced for what it was.”

“We came to Ottawa for a business trip and decided to have a night out. Ended up being referred to the bar next door but it was too full to get a seat. Went next door to local and had one of the best nights out in a while. It was Alex’s first day behind the bar and did an amazing job. Danielle was also looking after us and was a wonderful help to Alex when she had any questions. Highly recommend a visit here! The beer was a fair price and the fish tacos were amazing!”

“Great place to do a brunch!! Only issue I had was my buddy ordered the eggs Benedict and made an absolute mess of the table!! Egg and sauce all over his face and clothes!! Was not impressed with him but the waitress was really nice and gave us about 40 napkins to clean the slobs mess!! No tip could ever show how much I appreciated the great service but hopefully this review will show just how much I love this blessed place!! Never eating at Cora’s again!!!!!”

“As a avid dairy lover I don’t fly with the taste of the icings. They’re just way too sweet and missing that signature cream cheese taste but they aren’t bad for being vegan. The buns though are delicious and I’m very impressed. One suggestion would be to carry more tea flavours, I ended up walking somewhere else to grab a hot drink. Service was excellent. Also I personally found the cookie dough really salty, maybe it was personal preference.”

I really liked the maple sauce in the chicken burger, and the home cut fries were well prepared. The sirloin steak was quite small but very tender and enjoyable.”

“We had our first feast from Namaste India and it was delicious! Everything was very tasty. We ordered way too much food so I kind of wish I'd called to ask about serving sizes however you can't knock amazing leftovers. My only wish was that the take out packaging was a little better, styrofoam containers got a little squished but that's a pretty minor complaint. I look forward to the next time.”

“The food was great and so was the customer service. All the employees I dealt with were friendly and I even overhead one employee helping a little girl stretch her 5 dollar bill a bit further by switching her order a bit which I appreciated. The only thing that needs improvement from what I saw was the organization/communication between the kitchen and the front end. Overall though the food was solid, the blizzards were great and passed the upside down test and the service was friendly but perhaps a little on the slower side.”

“I found this spot on skip the dishes, first time trying it I was in love. The chicken is very tender and juicy. The sides were great also. I normally get the rice and coleslaw. That sauce they give you on the side is amazing, their special house sauce. Make sure you ask for extra. For the pricing Its decent value compared to most places. I haven't tried the pizza yet but will update this review once I have. Will be coming back for more!”

“This is a regular stop for us and we are so happy to have found it in one of our favourite neighbourhoods. The rolls are simple and creative, but not overly heavy with too much sauce and tempura like you often get at larger restaurants or AYCE places. Offerings are very balanced. I appreciate that you can specify whether you need chopsticks since much of their business is take out and many people have reusable ones at home. The sushi is fresh and tasty, soy sauce is inexplicably extra delicious, and the couple that owns the business is wonderful and always so friendly. Thanks for being consistently yummy!”
