“For all from the Buffalo area, who miss their wonderful rotisserie chicken, this location in Canada is still the closest one to get your "fix!" Always known for their chicken and their ribs, they have updated their menu to include more contemporary items like parmesan fries (all fries are hand cut and perfectly crispy). However, service can be a little slow and the hostess tends to ignore you, even on a slow night when we just visited. The bathrooms could use a little more attention as well. When you crave it, you just gotta have it! We miss you in Buffalo...”

“This IS the BEST Arby's location there is. Whenever I go shopping in Niagara I always stop in here and I always leave satisfied . The restaurant and it's bathrooms are clean, the staff are friendly and efficient, the food always comes fresh and piping hot. I honestly have never been disappointed. I highly recommend giving this location a visit when you're in Niagara falls and in the mood for some curly fries with cheddar sauce and a smoked meat sandwich.”

“2019.08.06 Went back again, after all it is the only authentic Chinese restaurant in the building. Surprisingly, everything went so well this time. “Our server was great and the kids enjoyed their pancakes. I got eggs Benedict that was cold and looked more like green eggs and ham. I took one optimistic bite and quickly returned it for a “quick” breakfast that was actually hot and fresh but still lacklustre. Try your luck elsewhere or stick to the pancakes!”

“After reading many reviews that swung from great to terrible we decided to take a chance on this restaurant for our first visit. We had an amazing experience. Our server, Vaughn, was the best!! Attentive, personable and kind, as well as great at his job!! Can’t say enough about this young man. The food came timely and was not only tasty but also abundant!! Too bad we didn’t have a fridge in our room as we could have had another meal out of it. The cost was actually comparable to other destination places so no surprises there. “When I was a kid, my dad would call places like this a "greasy spoon", but in a good way because it isn't commercialized or hyped with marketing. Bottom line it's simple, cheap and good eats. All the favorites are there, well made and presented in a simple manner. The staff make this place great with their sunny disposition and attentiveness. Sure you have to splurge for drinks but hey, what more can you ask for in a place that can offer an all you can eat for $7.99, which is VERY cheap, compared to the overly expensive and poor quality options in the immediate area? I give this place a great rating because they deserve it!”

I have a gluten allergy and their gluten free pasta was delicious. The atmosphere is lovely. There is the most beautiful garden of flowers surrounding the restaurant. “Best Subway I have been to. Outside looks a but run down, but everything was fresh and delicious. Lady running it was super helpful- wish I had gotten her name as I would call the owner to compliment her.
