We were a group of 6 and everyone loved their orders (Canadian Benedict, breakfast burrito, classic breakfasts). The Benedict was the best I’ve had. “I go here often with family and I make sure to take friends when I get the chance. The food is great, portions are sizable, and the staff are always so welcoming. The diner is clean and homey, and the chalkboard are seasonally humored, which certainly makes the place warm. This restaurant is quite popular and usually has many people, so it can be 'noisy' but not loud. An appropriate place to eat for all ages and the prices are fair. I will always recommend this diner highly either if you live in Waterloo or if you are just passing through. Serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.”

“If I could give this place 10 stars I would. We just had my daughter's third birthday at Recharge and Play. The staff made it so stress free. They decorated in the theme I had picked out. Took care of of the clean up too. I had time to relax and chat with other parents and my child and her friends had soo much fun. I highly recommend hosting your next birthday party here!”

“Decided to try Vivo pizza and pasta as it is a new restaurant in Waterloo. We were pleasantly surprised when we parked our car in front of the doors and walked in to a bright and airy dining room. We were immediately seated at a nice table. It was somewhat busy but were attended to quickly. We ordered a glass of wine each and the friendly waitress recommended a very good red that was exactly how she described it. The glass was not very full as it was only filled halfway so next time we will order a bottle. We then ordered our pizza which was priced fairly at $15.00 for a personal size, it was perfectly cooked with lots of toppings on a tasty thin crust. We skipped dessert as we were full (pizza was a good size) but definitely will come back. As we left the friendly staff near the door all said thank you and goodbye which made us feel very welcome. We just got back from a tour of Italy and their pizza was as good or better than what we had over there.”

But the base doesn't come with much meat so prepare to order some extra. Keep in mind that you have unlimited refills for noodles, so just ask the waiter. So if you're looking to walk out full, this is your place.”

“Hotpot no longer worth it. They changed to skewers with small pieces of marinated meat which you need to get yourself on the fridge. Also the veggies had a weird plastic-y smell and taste. Fresh meat cost extra money. The previous hotpot was good, but I will not come back for this skewer style hotpot again.”

My friend ordered the house special noodle with beef, but it didn't come with much beef. Tons of noodles though. If you have a peanut butter allergy, be warned because we tasted a hint of pb.”
