“Everyone was great except one employee who when asked if she could please sweep under our seating. She stated it's at scheduled times. My husband and I said we realize they have scheduled times but the area has filth on the floor now and we don't want to walk on it. She was actually explaining her rationale to my husband as I darted to talk with her manager. At that time she went and got a broom. She then on her way back to the counter said to her manager that she was going to sweep before I told the manager.”

“Me and the wife recently visited Pretzelmaker inside the mall here in florence and saw this sign for Bacon and Mozzarella stuffed bites. Excitedly we placed are order and were told it would be 8 mins. When they came out we watched as they tossed them in a cup and said, "sorry about the wait." No Butter, No Seasoning, just dry pretzel bites with a sliver of undercooked bacon and no cheese at all.... It saddens me to say this was a very disappointing experience.”

“My family and I went to the Golden Corral in Florence AL recently. I am a big fan of reviews whether good or not so good. This can help others. On this particular day it was a Saturday at 5 pm. The facility was busy. The service was OUTSTANDING. I was impressed by not only the variety of items but the friendly staff. The buffet was always being replenished with hot fresh food. I couldn’t find a particular item just because I overlooked it but when I asked the staff took me to it instead of just pointing. Our waitress was Kat. She kept our glasses full table cleared and was very pleasant. We will return in the future. Thank you for greatnesses all around.”

“Food is good when it's right... staff is almost always friendly. The biggest drawback is the building itself. It is very rundown and in desperate need of a remodel. It looks so bad that I will drive to one of the other locations if it's an option. The order accuracy leaves alot to be desired, but when it is right it meets expectations. Overall it could be better but could also be worse and the biggest issue is the condition of the building”

“Zaxby's is one of my go to spots for fast food. Their tenders are great, I haven't tried a lot of their sandwiches, but the ones I have tried are okay. I LOVE the fries and white cheddar bites. They actually have pretty good cookies too, I can't reccomend the brownies though. Most of the time you get good, fresh food, only on rare occasions do I get bad service (order wrong) or bad/old food. I don't like their tea and I don't drink cold drinks, so, I usually order a milk for my kid. I loved going here for salads in the past, but a few years ago, it seemed as though they changed to some cheap bagged mix that you can buy at Walmart and I think the salads are terrible now. That is really crushing for me because their salads were amazing and no fast food place matched them on salads but now I can't pay that much for a subpar bagged mix salad. The prices of their food is a little steep, that's actually the biggest complaint I hear from people, the prices are too high. Between the high prices and the salad quality dropping (it was my favorite menu item) that's my reason for 4 stars as opposed to 5.”

Everyone is working together and the food comes out fast. Arby's corporate should bring managers from all over to see how this place is run.
