“I had a very patient employee walk me through the process and recommend different crusts and toppings for my low carb dietary restrictions. The array of toppings and cheeses boggled my mind! It was really exciting to see how many options I still had there! I made the most delicious pizza combo that I could think of, but they cooked it perfectly! I got the cauliflower crust and they somehow managed to make it crispy. I have never experienced a crispy cauliflower crust. And for that reason alone I would go back. Everything was so fantastic that I literally daydream about going back there every day and have to try and talk myself out of it. Who am I kidding?! I'm going there tonight!”

“Gave me sweet peppers instead of green peppers. Sandwich was inedible. I didn't even edit the order. It was two veggies Mike's Way. That's the default they offer and they got it wrong. Only bad experience with a Jersey Mike's ever. EDIT: The manager reached out to me and apologized for the sandwiches being made wrong. She offered to replace it fully, but I live out of town so it wasn't feasible for me to accept. Either way, I appreciated the call very, very much. I updated my score to reflect that better. Not a fully score recovery because my food was made wrong initially, but I brought it up because I do really appreciate the call.”

He was very professional, polite, & courteous. Anna, the front house manager was very polite, caring, & even took some time to come make sure our visit was going good. “Didn't even know this waffle house was in this location. Drive by this area several times a week. Glad I do now. Was having a long stressful day and just needed a place to get a bite and have a seat for a few minutes. The waitress was very nice and accomodating. She checked on me regularly and made sure my food was the way I ordered it and my drink was always full with a smile. It might have been fine first time but it won't be the last.”

“The pizza was good, but the staff was not very helpful. My 12 year old attempted to use her gift card and the young lady helping her had no patience. She swiped the gift card really fast over and over again without taking the time to properly pull the card thru the scanner. Subsequently my daughter ended up spending her cash because the staffer was unwilling to do her job and provide customer service. And yes the card was verified valid before we got there and again after the staff said it wasn't valid. My daughter felt like she was used and now wants nothing to do with Little Caesars. She may be 12, but she is the future. Restaurant owners, business owners, please care enough about your business to vet your staff and hold them accountable. Their attitude and action can make or break your business.”

“This was probably the cottage Hill Waffle House near demetropolis road. Always excellent. I'm out this way maybe once or twice a week If it was breakfast I probably had their cheese omelette which is probably the best cheese omelet I know of anywhere. I also visit another Waffle House nearer to where I normally am. I believe it was the last time I was in there it was so much fun! It was not very busy in the early evening and the four ladies were playing jukebox tunes and singing along with the songs with a wonderful Harmony. As they kept working! I tell them it was great And there is no cover charge! I gave them a dollar to keep playing some and singing, as I needed to go. I really enjoyed it. Hope I'm not getting them in trouble but believe me it was appreciated and I think more Waffle Houses could open up that way and be fun. No customer at all was left waiting for their food at that time of day and it being not busy at all. Thanks again ladies! Another reason I like Waffle houses in general is that I get to sit and watch them cook my food fresh right in front of me. I do not have any more photos to share right now.”
