“The food is excellent, but service is very slow. The front register attendant was excellent, and she did her best to take all orders AND fill them without help. Management seemed to be helping staff members that didn't seems to be working very hard, as well as helping in the kitchen. Looked to me like they needed more staff on board that day, or maybe different people. I will give them another try since the food was so good.”

“I had a pizza re-made due to my oversight but the new pizza was very dry and didn't have enough cheese to cover the pizza. I'm a pizza lover but I didn't even eat the leftovers and that's not heard of with my history. I would go back just for one more try, somehow I feel responsible because it had to be made over.”

“Pizza Hut as a whole has change greatly since my childhood. And that's sad because its not as much of a family oriented restaurant as it once was. That being said they had to change with the times . Today's visit was an example of those times. I ordered my pizza online. Paid for it online. Even gave them a review online. My only interaction with the store or person today was when I walked in to pick up my order. So I guess for today it was a flawless experience.”

“I love the food and more importantly, the people here. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. The owners have done great things with the menu and decor. It's a "meat and 3" kind of place, but there's way more than just 3 choices ????. I personally love the large hamburger steak here. Mike also smokes some amazing wings that you must try if you visit! We eat here pretty regularly and I don't see that ever changing.”

“Bama is a hidden gem. While it doesn't have the name recognition of Dreamland or Archibalds you should definitely give them a chance. On this visit I had the smoked wing plate. It consisted of smoked wings, a slice of loaf bread, potato salad, and baked beans. The wings are smoked on premises in a pit attached to the building. They cant be beat in Tuscaloosa. Great flavor and falling off the bone. I have had the pulled pork in the past and can report it is above average. The staff is friendly and can be chatty with the regulars. Booths and 8 tabletops for seating.”

“Well, 10 months ago I visited this restaurant and I was disappointed. today I went there and it has improved slightly. There were still employees standing around doing nothing in the background while I only a few words. My biscuits that I ate were extremely good so there's no problem with the food whatsoever and the lady at the front was a tentative to me as well. again again again I must complain about the restroom. This restroom in particular was horrible! It smells awful! It makes me wonder what the kitchen looks like and the sanitary conditions of it because of this nasty restroom. I hope the manager or possibly the owner will read this review! And I hope that not only will they read this review but that it would spur on them to clean the restroom! Customers should not have sub decent conditions in a washroom! We may as well go out in the woods if that is the case. I will be coming back within a month to check the conditions to see if they have improved.”

We have probably ten better barbeque places in the Shoals, and if you really want good barbecue you must go to Southeastern North Carolina.”
