“Amazing! Today was my first experience here and I was impressed with the quality of the food and the staff. We ordered the tofu soup, the chicken curry, and a shrimp fried rice, and every dish was excellent. The dining room and windows are very clean. The wooden furniture was strong and seemed to have been polished recently. Food and comfort were both present throughout. I highly recommend trying this establishment.”

“RV Dump and Propane here! If you live in Sand Lake near West Dimond Blvd then this Holiday Station might be your favorite gas station. Unlike other gas stations this one is built for large RV's that need space to turn. The RV Dump is free and it's behind the gas station, so I suggest hitting the RV Dump first then drive around the gas station and fill-up on fuel before leaving. “I really enjoy this place. It's your typical American-Chinese restaurant! The service is friendly and prompt. The prices are a little expensive (~$20 per person), but that matches with the other locally owned Chinese places in Anchorage. The portions are huge! I get 2-3 meals out of one order of Mongolian beef, which I can't say is true for other similar restaurants. If you're looking for a Chinese place, I can recommend Peking Wok! Also, they have cool fish and you can see the wall of pictures of the owner's dogs!”

“It was cold snowy Saturday afternoon and I didn’t want to go out but we needed cold medicine. When the temps are in the 20s it takes a while for the car to warm up. In fact it never did get warm and we were chilled to the bone. We need something hot, tasty, and filling to warm our souls and a large steaming bowl Pho from Pho Vietnam #3 was the answer. The service was warm and within minutes I was enjoying a bowl of spicy noodle soup and my spouse was looking pretty happy with chicken pho. We left warm, happy and ready to kick our colds.”

“The Beyond Burger was magnificent! Loved it! Service was good - I asked for no bread of any kind, and they gave me extra large pieces of lettuce. I asked for a big salad, and no problem. “Local Holiday Station stores are truly cultural epicenters for the neighborhoods they are in. If you want to meet true native denizens for whatever local region then look now further. Down to the “typical” gas station employee, you will meet the exact grade of human character you have come to expect, only with a regional twang specific to each Holiday Station. I am actually someone fearful that the recent Circle K acquisition will ruin the local flavors I have come to enjoy during my travels upon Earth.”

“Not a bad location near Lake Hood. Understandably loud on the deck with float planes coming and going. They had some good variety for craft beer and the waitress was friendly. The prices were typical but my 1/2lb medium rare burger was well done and no bigger than any 4 to 5 oz patty. It was quite dry. The service was a little slow getting started so I didn't send it back as I was starving. I can't recommend the burger but the beer and location were fine.”

“It’s got that low-quality type chucky cheese pizza that is somehow very tasty. We stopped to grab lunch here and it was mildly nostalgic eating a pizza like this with my daughter. She loved it and the woman working the cash register was one of the friendlier people I’ve ever met working in an airport. I’d certainly come back again if we had a long layover in Anchorage.”
