“We ordered a kale salad and some fried nuggets, when the food arrived we got grilled nuggets instead of fried and normal salad instead of kale salad. We decided to go to the ordering area to tell them the mistake they made. They brought out the food and included a cookie as an apology. Now the waiters here are pretty young, so you may expect them to be nervous and probably mistake your order. However the food was great, it was warm and tasty.”

“First time here and not really impressed; though I know a lot of locals like this place, so I may have to go back and try something else. The atmosphere is super cute with a diner-like feel decorated with every owl home decor item you can think of; apparently you can also purchase the items that they use for their decor. Anyways, I had the patty melt which was super dry; super bummed , and the sweet potato tots which were super delish so they made up for the bad patty melt experience. I am giving this restaurant 3 stars for now but I would like to go back and try some more menu items to hopefully boost the score.”

“Walking in Saturday morning at 9am with a group of 5. Within Minutes to get a table ready and sit well greeted and fairly busy drinks were very fast service and staff was very courteous for allergies on menu and for vegan options as well the food was very delicious and filling would highly recommend the chai pumpkin latte and the omelettes as they are quick to come to the table unlike the counterpart the Benedicts! Would come again early to get a good spot to eat”

“The music selection is very relaxed and they have good songs every now and again! Songs such as Strangers, Once Upon A Time by Lana del Rey, and Heads Will Roll. Tried their whiskey Chai by recommendation and it did not disappoint. Despite not drinking Chai, this drink blew me away. And it is definitely a huge bang for your buck ($11 for an entire mug)”

“Good spot. Service was prompt and courtesy. When seated I was given chips and a choice of salsa. The iced tea was what I needed, flavorful and cold. I ordered the taquiros with rice and beans. The rice and beans were done with care (fluffy and flavorful) . I enjoyed the music and no TV in the dining area. I will be enjoying more meals here.”

“Great presentation with all the food! We split the pappardelle pasta. We weren’t sure what arrabbiata sauce was, and our server said it was basically a spicy meat sauce. We didn’t think it was spicy at all though. The sauce was good but we were hoping for more spice. The garlic bread was good the bread tasted fresh. The house salad came with a vinegar dressing and it tasted like just vinegar. I wasn’t a fan I would have much preferred an Italian dressing option.”

“Are these the WORLD’S BEST tater-tots??? Just a wonderful lunch spot on a beautiful day with covered outdoor seating. Food is delicious and filling, served quick and without frills. Large beer selection as well as other beverages - from kombucha to root beer. The blackened fish tacos was our favorite dish. If no one gets an entree that comes with tater-tots then you MUST order a side of em! They were perfectly seasoned and perfectly crispy!”

“It was my first time at BBB, and at first it almost seemed like one of those "hole in the wall" places. However, once we entered it looked really cool, very good vibe, pleasant atmosphere, etc... the only reason I gave 4-stars on Service is because when we came in, the lady at the bar asked as if it was our first time, and we said Yes, so she said "Welcome, sit anywhere." Sonwe did, we looked over the menu and at some point thought that it's taking a server a bit too long, so I got up and walked to the bar, asked if some one will come, or should we order at the bar? And the lady said, "Yes, you order Here." So we did... What I found weird is that since she knew it was her first time, why wouldn't she just say that instead of letting us sit there for 20 minutes waiting for somebody?!?! Besides that everything was great the food was delicious staff was pleasant and caring. Whenever I'll be in flagstaff again I will definitely stop by there.”

“Fun place with big menu and excellent service. We had dinner which included Pecan Smoked Half-Rack Baby Back Ribs (lots of very tasty meat, however a little bit dry) and Smoked Prime Rib Dip (delicious and tender with lots of meat. Get it with diced green chilies & pepper jack cheese!) Our sides included Button Cabernet Mushrooms (delicious!) and Creamed Spinach (too heavy on cream, not enough spinach). The Soup & Salad Bar had lots of great veggie selections, beef soup was good (but a bit on the salty side).”

“If busy a little hard to get in onto the fuel pumps ⛽️ A decent amount of semi truck parking Clean restrooms 🚽 Just stopped here to get def Has a restaurant inside Daughter fell in love with the little 💎 jewels 💎 which cost about $3.80 and you fill it up with what you want. The banana 🍌 bread was so soft and delicious If you walk towards the hotel to the left of the truck stop they have trails you can walk There is also a playground for the kids if you have a little trucker with you Beautiful views and fresh air”

“The duck tacos were delicious with the black bean medley. The salad added a nice touch of balance. I added the avocados. Their lemonade was refreshing. I would ask next time for the dressing on the taco be on top or mixed with the greens instead of being spread on the tortilla. But very tasty.”

“Trendy new restaurant in Flagstaff. Creative and interesting menu without being pretentious. The staff is well-trained and knowledgeable. We had the Rack of Lamb which was excellent. However, the Tiramisu was the triumph of the evening. Presented and disguised to look like a tin of caviar the "caviar" you see pictured is actually tiny balls coffee tapioca bubbles!! Amazing. A "must visit" at least once when you're in Flagstaff.”
