“I had a great experience, my waitress was very helpful and friendly. I’m vegan and I made sure to let her know and she immediately told me what vegan options were available. I ordered the vegetable fajitas and she said she would let the cooks know to use a different seasoning vegan friendly. She told me I could have the black beans without cheese and I couldn’t have the rice because it’s cooked with chicken flavor bullion, substituted it for riced veggies. All the food was delicious, those were the best tasting vegetable fajitas I have eaten so far at a restaurant! Not to mention the portion was enough for at least 2 meals for me!”

“This place is truly a big step from home. I travel into town often and for an actual hometown experience that is real and local... this is the place. A simple menu, a few beers on the list, some darts, and a wonderfully fun staff. If you're looking for something "trendy" go somewhere else, but if you want something actually authentic in a very "out there" location... then come to Mooney's. Have a burger or nachos, drink a few cold beers, and for the sake of living a real life... let your shoulders down and exhale...”

“We came for the view and were impressed with the food. Crispy chicken wrap was awesome and my French fry connoisseur friend gave the fries a solid thumbs up. Hudson chopped salad was also excellent. We had a short wait for our table and the service was very good. The outside patio is the ultimate, but the bar and indoor restaurant area is also very cool. Add a decent beer selection and incredible views in all directions and this is as good as it gets.”

“Best ribs I’ve ever had! Arrive on Easter Sunday, 30 minutes after the sign said they closed (earlier than normal). Poked my head inside and asked if there was a chance to get anything. A very nice lady advised they had one full rack of ribs left (they had put away all the food and were cleaning up). I jumped at the chance to get anything. I was invited into the bar for a drink, as it was still open and had about 10 people in there. A few minutes later I had a large rack of ribs perfectly packaged. They were perfectly seasoned, had an excellent BBQ sauce, and were juicy and tender. So delicious. I wanted to eat them all in one sitting, but only made it half way through. I am definitely going back to try their other items and sides.”
