“I have never had a negative experience at this location. The people who work there have always been very polite and respectful. It's really a good place. The only issue is the price is a little more than most would thing is acceptable for ice cream, but at the same time they offer a lot more and have many other options. It's all a balancing act. I generally get a single topping ice cream and for that it seems to cost a little much. Good people and good ice cream, but a less than ideal price.”

“We sat down and asked about the special that was advertised, the Triple Play (3 bacon or sausage, 3 pieces of French Toast, 3 eggs for $5.99) and our server's attitude immediately cooled. The food was delicious though, the eggs came out hot as did the rest of the meal, cooked exactly as ordered! This is almost too much food to eat at once, but we managed okay! This would have been a Five ++ Star rating if only our server hadn't copped such an attitude when he found out that we were ordering the cheapest meal on the menu. Lighten up Jose, you never know who is a generous tipper by the price of the meal alone.”

“Today was my first visit to this location and I was very impressed! There was a bit of a line but they have separate kiosks available to place your order which I used. It was fast and simple. I ordered a half chicken walnut sandwich and a Fuji apple salad with chicken and a baguette on the side. I placed my order and picked up a lemonade which was delicious, fresh and not too tart or sweet. There is plenty of seating and even though it was expectantly busy for lunch I had no trouble finding a clean table. My food came right to my table promptly and every employee I came into contact with was very pleasant. The restaurant was tidy as two or three people were continuously cleaning, organizing and wiping tables. I will absolutely be coming back!”

“It's a franchise so pretty much the same everywhere. Its the staff in such cases that makes a difference. As for this location the staff is great...polite and helpful. However the manager was totally opposite and hence the 3 stars. Overall it's a DD so one already knows what to expect in terms of food. Will I go there again - maybe if i am in the neighborhood and no other place to go. Will this be the location I will think of if I wanted to go to DD, most certainly not. Feel bad for the staff to have a manager who is abrupt and certainly not customer friendly. Not their fault.”

“We just had our first but not our last visit to My Gal Sal. The staff immediately greeted us and offered suggestions. We ended up buying a few sweets which were all very delicious. Right before we left we had a nice conversation with the owner "Sal" who was very nice. The people who were seated next to us had no problems telling us how great this place is and spoke highly of the food. The prices were more than fair given the quality of their products. “This was my first visit to Balkan Bakery, and I wasn't disappointed. I was searching for baklava, and this bakery popped up . Not only did they have really good baked goods(I missed out on the cream puffs!), the food was good too, and the were a lot of fun products to browse/buy too.
