“The place is very cozy. The food and coffee were delicious. We came in at 8:30am on Saturday morning and there was plenty of open tables. By 9am all tables were filled and it was very busy. I ordered ratatouille egg Benedict and it was great. Latter was very good. I really wanted to get the French toast but obviously it was too much for me, so I ask if I can get half an order of French toasts and the waitress was very nice and said that they can arrange it. Definitely strongly recommended!!!”

“Fantastic place. The service was wonderful, they even whipped out a guitar and started singing and dancing for the crowd. The only issue I had was with what I ordered. It was prepared wonderfully, however I am not a particular fan of lamb.”

“Wonderful food, warm atmosphere, great service. We have eaten here a few times and have always had excellent service and of course food. We tend to share the entree so that we have room for an app and maybe dessert. The escargot is by and far our favorite preparation and is so delicious. We have had the venison and Cassoulet at dinner and other fantastic items for lunch. Every meal has been great!!”

“Everything about this place was amazing. The atmosphere was calm and inviting. It smelled incredible inside. The staff was incredibly attentive. The food was to die for. Of course at a place named after a mushroom we had to try their namesake soup and it was by far the best mushroom soup I've ever had. The bread they served while you waited was warm and fresh baked. Their menu had a wide range of house cocktails that delighted. From start to finish was an amazing time and we cannot wait until the next time we come back.”

I had the street tacos on homemade tortillas (exquisite!) and my wife's grilled skirt steak salad was so good I almost wished I'd ordered that instead. The Oaxacan hot chocolate for dessert was the perfect finish. Plus, quite the selection of mescals. Can't wait to return.”

“Maybe it was just because I was really hungry after a hike, but the french dip sandwich really hit the spot! Their beer selection was pretty good, too! Our server was great. We even had a nice conversation about some of the beer cans adorning the wall. Overall, great pub-like atmosphere.”
