“This has to be the best pizza in the world! No Joke, the pies are fresh and the dough is always nice and crispy. They can get a little crowded at times but there is plenty of seating in the shopping center. Good job guys, keep it up you have lots of fans!”

“This was the first time I've ever had food at a Chipotle restaurant before. I wasn't sure what to expect, but I most definitely wasn't expecting a cafeteria food line sort of situation. I thought it was a sit-down restaurant. The food was okay, but not spectacular. It's a step above taco time.”

“LOVE THIS PLACE!! My Fiancee and I enjoy the all day Sunday happy hour (at the bar, or outside.) And always find ourselves full off of the AMAZING appetizers. Though we have gone other times and gotten full dinner, and their entree portions are solid. The food is always awesome, and the drinks are always strong. Most importantly they are ALWAYS super nice. My lovely lady and I will continue to give them our hard earned money!!”

“Since going the first time about two months ago I've been twice more. The staff are very accommodating and friendly. The food choices are more than an eye full and the food is fantastic. I have several people coming into town over the summer and I'll be looking forward to taking each to Yama for a meal. Five stars, every day, all day!!”

“Everything was absolutely delicious. Our server Allison was so accommodating with our different eating styles, vegan etc. She was very attentive to all our needs. The bartenders were awesome , everything was really amazing. We are pretty healthy and picky, and they accommodated everything. We were totally satisfied.”

“We used to live in Monterey several years ago and we would eat at Chopstix frequently. We came back and had a delicious meal. The service was good, the food was delicious, and the prices were still low. What more could you ask for? Lemongrass Beef is our favorite.”

“Nice hotel & grounds. Comfortable bed. Hot breakfast. Three miles to the aquarium. If you are going to the aquarium, you can buy, cash only, child, adult or senior ticket that is two days entrance for the price of one day. Many hotels on Munras & Fremont have this deal. Go to the Aquarium website & it will give hotel listings in about four or five cities or call hotel you are interested in to see if they sell tickets.”

“Located in the Red Lion hotel in Monterey, this is a hotel restaurant. They seem to pride themselves on their salad bar, which appears to include soups and baked potatoes, too. However, it costs almost $13 if that's all you want, which was more than I wanted to spend for lunch, although you can add it to another entree for less. I ordered the chicken strips instead. I asked if they came with a dipping sauce, and the waiter said that I could have ranch from the salad bar or barbecue sauce. I went with the latter. The chicken strips were OK, but the barbecue sauce was a bit odd -- not sweet, maybe more vinegary, which wasn't what I'm used to. The bill, with Coke, after tax, was $14.46. The food was adequate, but not exceptional. The service was reasonably fast, and the ambience was like a very casual country diner. Overall, if you're at the Red Lion and want a quick meal or don't want to go out, the Crazy Horse is OK. Otherwise, I would suggest going across the street to the Del Monte Center where there are more restaurants with more choices and better than adequate food.”

“Came here to eat while doing laundry next door. Best decision! Chips and salsa are freshly made and something you won't find at most places. The food was good all around and very friendly service! Definitely give this place a try!”

“I was excited to come here. We are gluten free eaters, but new to the experience, so we like to try new things. Adorable place. Service wasn’t that good. We were with two children, one with autism. We try to feed the children gluten free because it better for autistic diets. The guy there was unaccommodating We was malting egg wraps but wouldn’t make a scrabbles egg for a child. His personality could be due to some type of disability, so I won’t judge. We were going to take a ton of stuff home but felt like we should just take our kiddos and go. Bummer”

“Our server, Efrain was tremendous. He anticipated our needs and guided us along our first visit. The food was top notch and delicious. The rose for the Mrs. at the end was a nice touch. We were able to watch harbor seals and otters from our table. Side note: we had already decided to eat here, but the "No high chairs, No booster seats, No strollers" sign sealed the deal.”

“Food was good but not sure about the cleanest. Dish washer played with his greasy hair as he put the clean dishes away, others was licking their fingers than grabbing food to prepare. Do you guys have food handler cards? Would think twice before eating here again.”

“Look up New Name "Grotto Fish Market". Great Family restaurant with Amazing Kid's menu. Quesadillas, Hot dogs, pasta, peanut butter and jelly, grilled cheese and grilled chicken. Amazing Chowder as well.”

“Nick's on the bay replaced the much beloved Liberty Fish Company and they really updated the place. While I loved Liberty Fish, it was a textbook hole in the wall. Nick's brings an updated decor and a completely different menu that seemed to focus primarily on burgers. They do have a section titled local favorites which includes several seafood options and the always required clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl. We ordered the fish tacos and the chowder and while it didn't hit the spot that Liberty Fish did, it was worth the value. There was decent sized amount of clams but a few other places around taste better. What this place has going is the value with the bread bowl being much cheaper hence a better value. They are missing the fish market up front but now have a station that churns decent crepes and minidonuts. I miss you Liberty Fish Company but at least Nick's has the decent value going compared to the other options around!”

“I can only speak for the Clam Chowder: it was INCREDIBLE! Beyond that, they are conveniently located in the midst of Old Fishermans Wharf however the place is pretty small- So if you don't like sitting too close to people you don't know as you eat, you might have a problem here. Waitstaff was okay, prices were normal.”

“Food has good flavor but the clam chowder was thin and didn't have much potatoes or clam in it”

“We came here after whale watching. I had the crab ravioli and it was delicious. The staff was attentive and polite. The setting is cozy and posh with all of the dark wood, more than one would expect stepping off the wharf's tourist track. The restaurant was clean and so we're the bathrooms.”

“The clam chowder bowl was soooo good. We tried many samples on the wharf that day and the fish grill took our taste buds. So full of flavor, and the garlic bread bowl just gave it that edge. Highly recommend. Service was great too, quick and responsive. The views were spectacular, window seating all around the bay.”

“Don’t be fooled by this restaurant’s average looking exterior. The food here was absolutely superb. We had a poké bowl and a Hawaiian pork dish which were oh so good. The staff were great too. The portions were very generous, but with lots of veggies and fresh ingredients and so it did not feel unhealthy. The styling is also really fun”
