“A large location. If in the area, it is a good choice if you like a larger store size. I recently tried the Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato. It was quite good. Usually order the Pumpkin Spice Latte or the protein Cold Brew drink when I visit this location at other times.. I have a few friends in RSM, and we enjoy our coffee drinks and conversation when we get together. Btw, depending on the time, it may be hard to get inside seating. There are many customers using laptops.”

The people working the machines and the "behind" the scenes need to go to customer service class 101. The only reason the three stars happened is because of the young man at the front, working the cash register, and the fact that it was convenient and I needed coffee.”

Let me just say that Andrew’s contagious friendliness and perfect drink-making skills are the reasons why I can’t stay away (even though I painstakingly try to save money by making coffee at home). I’ve never come across a barista as genuinely kind as Andrew. Plus, every drink Andrew makes tends to transcend the drinker into another place and time. “When they say “made to order donuts” they mean it. Each time to visit they will freshly make your donuts and the best part is you can watch them decorate each one! Or don’t if you don’t like that sort of thing. But he warned, you will miss out on all the fun. Duck Donuts also has a plethora, yes I said that word, of flavors to choose from and you can customize each one to your liking. These donuts are perfect for any gathering I promise you.
