Izakaya Fusion Grill Keitan

Combo 7 was good with all the different yakitori skewers. I really liked the meat cap and the chicken thigh. Everything has sauce which I liked but I know not everyone likes sauce so you can specify in the notes no sauce on certain skewers. The fried banana was absolutely amazing even with the interesting bonito flakes. The gyu don was flavorful and they give you a good amount. The meat is a bit fatty but that's standard with gyu don. Cheese corn was ok.

The combo 7 was good. All the yakitori was good. I personally like the sauce but I know some people would prefer no sauce just salt, which the waiter said you can add to the notes to specify which items without sauce. The fried banana was absolutely amazing!! Not too breaded, interesting with the bonito flakes.

A quaint and clean Izakaya with some indoor seating. Ordering was online (QR Code) and relatively painless. Skewers were flavorful and I liked the addition of mayo to several of them. The Gyoza were also quite yummy. However, I didn’t see too many beer selections, but that may be due to them opening recently.

The service was great, my waiter and waitress were both very friendly and checked in regularly, making sure that I had no questions about the menu.
