“They take care of your order in a very timely manner, but it's not the greatest tasting Starbucks I've ever been to. The one up in Safeway on Shoreline is much better and have a very friendly staff. They can't accept rewards points like this location, though. You can only receive them from there, so I use this Starbucks only when I want to use rewards points and mostly stick with the one in Safeway to rack them up.”

“It's a neat smaller Starbucks located near Google office buildings and Shoreline Park and the Computer History Museum and Century 16 Theaters. It's always run by friendly and trained staff. During the COVID-19 crisis it's safe place to get a coffee and pastry or sandwich to eat or other drinks. It will probably be an ever better place to eat and drink and hang out with friends after COVID-19 is resolved in all areas.”

“Great place to get an açaí bowl. Much better than the prior açaí bowl store that was in this location. Sadly, the sandwiches here are rather ordinary. TIP: The açaí is sweet enough as it is, so order the bowl without honey. Making the bowl does take a little longer than your typical açaí bowl store. So, I’ll use the time to go next door to get some espresso drink. Would have rated five stars, but there is stiff competition from Bowl of Heaven, just a couple miles away. Nonetheless, recommended if this place is more convenient for you.”

“Tried the cabbage and pork dumplings (高麗菜豬肉水餃) and rice dumplings with salty egg yolk (鹹蛋黃肉粽). I'd highly recommend both. The cabbage in the dumplings has the crunch and the meat taste fresh. Flavoring of the dumpling filling is light making them kid friendly. Some dipping sauce makes them perfect. The bouncy, slightly chewy skin is by far the best I've had anywhere in the Bay Area. The rice dumplings are huge w lots of meat filling. The meat tastes fresh and tender. The salty egg yolks look like they came off real whole salty eggs instead of factory processed bag of egg yolks. Really good flavoring, not as light as the cabbage and pork dumplings but just right. Will definitely return to try more items. Last but not least, the owners who I believe are husband and wife were quite nice. Ms. Eng (I think) popped head head from behind the fridge and offered us microwaving tips for the rice dumplings.”

“My friends and I came here for dinner before going to a play in Palo Alto. Since happy hour was taking place when we arrived, we all decided to get the specials to share. The food and drinks that we wanted arrived quickly after we placed our order. The wait staff are very friendly and I would like to commend our waiter, Raymundo, who was very attentive to our needs as well as having a sense of humor. This was our first time coming here and will plan to go back in the near future.”

“This is a brand new location and I definitely would recommend folks working close by to visit this one! Being a vegetarian, nothing makes me happier than to see a full blown veggie menu with a dozen classic options. In terms of the location, there's ample seating here for smaller as well as larger groups. Wonderful and friendly staff that was happy to go over the menu in great detail. My personal favorite is the "Reading Rainbow" which was delicious to the core. Just calling out that the official grand opening of this location is on 08/14 !!”

But I am pretty disappointed that after the ticket window said we didn’t have to pay for my toddler, that the manager felt the need to chase our family down the hallway and ensure that my 1 1/2 yo paid the full $11.50 during the middle of the day. I already think that going to the movie theater is way too expensive in general... I don’t think I’ll be going to anymore movies, it’s gotten way out of hand.”

“Really big place and kept up very well. Spotless everywhere when we were there. They have a huge glass wall if you want to see them getting made. Staff was friendly and patient with kids. They have coffee and accept credit cards. Sell flavored milk in glass bottles, plain, coffee chocolate and strawberry. They have family restroom and a unisex restroom also. There is a drive through, parking outside can get really busy because of other shops here.”
