“I recently had brunch at the Cafe Terrace, and it was a truly delightful experience. The European-style ambience set a relaxed and inviting tone from the moment we walked in. The service was impeccable, with attentive staff who made us feel right at home. The highlight, of course, was the food. Each dish was a culinary delight, bursting with flavor and expertly prepared. From the first sip of coffee to the last bite of dessert, our taste buds were treated to a wonderful journey. Overall, our brunch at Cafe Terrace was a perfect blend of ambiance, service, and delicious food. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a memorable brunch experience.”

“The Assam milk tea boba had a strong tea flavor and sweetness level was low (a good thing). One issue is that the boba had a hard center like it was under cooked. It could be a one time thing. An annoying aspect here is that there ordering kiosk is really outdated and difficult to use, for example, no contactless payment or Apple Pay, and the ordering flow is awkward as you have to go through multiple screens for each drink.”

“Modern elegance combined with a cozy atmosphere, it is a great place to meet people or hashing out ideas! The cappuccino I ordered was expertly prepared, with a creamy foam and a rich, robust espresso base. What truly set it apart, however, was its temperature—served just right, it provided a satisfying warmth without being scalding.”

“Great place to have a coffee and some foods. The staff is friendly and helpful, service is quick, though in the morning may be a little bit delayed because of the mobile orders they are processing. But you can order online before you go and there is no need to wait ?”

“Clean industrial style decor. Wood concrete glass steel all mixed. They actually have Starbucks Reserve and the supervisor came over to chat about the taste. Nice outdoor seating in front.”

“This Starbucks is my favorite! Never had a bad customer service experience. They go ABOVE and BEYOND to make customers happy. Service with a smile is great but when the smile comes from the heart & is supported by compassion it makes everything better. The staff can help a bad day seem better and great coffee seem amazing.”

“Very engaging staff and pleasant. They serve nitro also here. Room to sit out side and in, not that many tables inside. Place was clean and gets loads sun light, parking is limited as this area has loads of restaurants.”

“They take care of your order in a very timely manner, but it's not the greatest tasting Starbucks I've ever been to. The one up in Safeway on Shoreline is much better and have a very friendly staff. They can't accept rewards points like this location, though. You can only receive them from there, so I use this Starbucks only when I want to use rewards points and mostly stick with the one in Safeway to rack them up.”

“It's a neat smaller Starbucks located near Google office buildings and Shoreline Park and the Computer History Museum and Century 16 Theaters. It's always run by friendly and trained staff. During the COVID-19 crisis it's safe place to get a coffee and pastry or sandwich to eat or other drinks. It will probably be an ever better place to eat and drink and hang out with friends after COVID-19 is resolved in all areas.”

“Absolutely the Best Desserts and Macaroons! Their Coffee is really great as well and they have the most amazing Chocolate Balls that look like beautiful marbles and they taste absolutely amazing! It's a Must when traveling to the bay area! I always go and the feeling I get when I'm there is comparable to being pampered at a luxury spa!”

“Really big place and kept up very well. Spotless everywhere when we were there. They have a huge glass wall if you want to see them getting made. Staff was friendly and patient with kids. They have coffee and accept credit cards. Sell flavored milk in glass bottles, plain, coffee chocolate and strawberry. They have family restroom and a unisex restroom also. There is a drive through, parking outside can get really busy because of other shops here.”

“The food is amazing. The staff taking orders is great. The staff serving food is so cold, that it sometimes ruins the whole experience. I still go to this cafe because of its nice location and food. If you visit, be sure to sit outside for a nice view.”

“You don’t really expect to come to a coffee shop and walk away with a memorable experience but a wonderful experience this was. I came in during a slow time and Mirella and her boss provided exceptional customer service. They took the time and explained the menu to us and gave us confidence to try something new. I only wish I wasn’t coming from out of state so I could come here more often.”

“After a day of thrifting, my sister and I were thirsty and this place was everything we needed and more! They're known for their fruit teas... Duh it's in their name, and they're really good. Def stop on by”

“A good place to have a quick meal. You can usually find some people eating alone, which means the food quality, price and waiting time is very well balanced. Recommending their fried chicken, it's not amazing, to be honest, but can you find a better one around this area? Let me know if you do! Hotpot is another thing to recommend. Pretty good price for single person. In the winter, if you are alone and don't want to cook, go there and order hotpot, you will feel warm from stomach to heart. The fried taro yolk ball is very good! It's hiding in the menu but if you ever try, you will remember it's super crunch skin and soft filling. The saltiness of yolk surprisingly matches the sweet taro. I also like the thick toast, coconut flavor. Remember to eat when it's still warm. Well, last thing, don't expect too much on their boba tea. It's just average. Not bad tho. Waitress are friendly which adding some credits for this place.”

“This place is special. Not only does it serve great quality food but I’ve never seen any! other bagel place anywhere in the US that is friendlier and more efficient than this place. I’m really impressed with their service!!”

“Been going to Dana Street Roasting for longer than I care to remember. The coffee here is far superior to other coffee shops almost anywhere. These guys have control over the freshness of the beans since they roast it here them themselves. (The most common issue with coffee roasting in My opinion is not knowing when to stop the roasting process and ending in an over-roasted bean. This makes the coffee acidic and burned flavored.) (Think Starbucks and Pete's although they have been getting better) Here the beans are roasted to perfection resulting in a great cup of Coffee / Espresso. Also this is not some corporate store. It is locally owned and managed by the owner. That by far is much better than any of the commercial coffee's available. Love the sign; "Friends don't let friends go to Starbucks" :)”

“Pretty good food and stylish place. The portions are absolutely ginormous, if you’re into that stuff, and the taste was quite good. The service wasn’t great though. Overall quite nice place to come for a casual lunch or dinner or coffee.”

“We had such lovely lunch at Baklava on a rainy Saturday. We got Lentil Soup, Pide and chicken with vegetables. We loved everything! Even their complimentary Pita was so good! This place has a beautiful decor and service is really good.”

“Now that they've started using 100% beef, the quality has gone up a bit. There big Mac is still my favorite item & of course the fries. I also like their fish sandwich better than the other fast food places.”

“Amazing brunch; tons of good and great taste. I'm back for the second weekend in a row and I'll probably be back for a lot more. The portions are massive and the dishes are amazing. It gets a little busy around 11am but we came at 10am and had no issue getting a table. I'd recommend the Hangover Skillet and the Caramel Latte (both in the picture). Their french toast is also really good.”

“The service was good. People were nice. I'm taking one star off because the pasta with marinara sauce I ordered was a bit too sour for my liking.”
