“Went here for lunch during jury duty. Food tastes good, but the lunch special said it came with "Soup, rice and crab puffs". She brought out my entree first; it was a mountain of rice and a small scoop of entree. The soup was brought out as an afterthought ten minutes later. Never saw any sign of crab puffs. Good food, fast service, and really inexpensive, but small and dirty and I think false advertising.”

“Neat spot. Good food. I ordered the chicken fried steak special. Generous portions of sides of mashed potatoes and collard greens. Came with cornbread. The steak itself was a little small, but I saw other plates that seemed to have large portions [fried chicken and meat loaf). The cornbread is not the sweet kind, like in the south. I loved the decor. One caveat--i recommend ordering ahead if you can. I waited for 15-20 minutes for my plate, and it didn't appear to be very busy. Maybe not so big a problem if you have longer than a half hour for lunch break.”

“I've only eaten here a few times, but every single time the food was AWESOME. It's best for carry out. I believe they have a few spots to sit and eat, but it's small, and I usually had someone at our office pick it up, and years have passed, so it's possible I'm wrong about being able to sit down and eat... If my memory is correct though, there's just a few small tables... But again, the food itself is extremely good, so I highly recommend trying it.”

“My husband and I decided to have dinner at Front Room instead of venturing into the Bay Area on a Friday night. The restaurant was very busy and there was a wait to be seated. However after being seated m, the manager came to our table and apologized then basically acted as our waitress for the evening. Our food was delicious and we felt cared for by the staff. “I go there for Friday night Karaoke and have such a great time! Good food & drinks and very nice staff and friendly crowd too. Update: the last time I was there was about a month ago. Entirely different bar/wait staff and sadly, not nearly as great as the previous ones! I used to just love their Mai Tais. Not anymore. I even walked her through it step by step and not only did it taste awful, it cost more than the previous outrageous amount. I'm very disappointed because I really loved going there.”

“A nice place for brews, but the food is mediocre in both selection and taste. They do only beer and wine, so it's a taproom, not a bar. Otherwise it's decently priced and the staff are friendly and engaging. They have a dart board as well as multiple televisions for watching sports and what have you. They also are right on the waterfront, so they have some of the best views in Vallejo. You can watch the water, the sunset, and occasional boats go by.”

“Sac's Tasty Hot Dogs is by far is one of the places to go for an awesome cheese dog. For the past 20 plus years Uncle Sam has sent me all over the world and whenever I am visiting my family I make it a point to go there at least once (sometimes more when time allows) while I am home. There are a lot of hot dog places around the world but nothing has ever measured up to a Sac's hot dog.
