From the moment you walk in, you can tell Crave Gelato Kofi Bar is different, is special. Very high quality buildout. You can tell the owner took the time to care about the product being delivered. The food and coffee is exceptional. When you take a minute to look into what is actually going into your food and where the coffee is sourced you can see why this place is special. Highly recommend checking it out and getting to know the owner if she’s there. Really interesting story about how this came to be and more importantly her dedication to her store. It’s inspiring.”

“Oh boy, this place is definitely making it harder for me to lose those extra pounds. Fantastic pasties and bread. Great coffee and friendly staff. Their meals are also hardy and full of flavor. My only issue with this place is all the broken plates and chipped mugs. Every time I go there (which is often) I always get something broken. For as much as you spend, this place should be mindful of what they are sending out. Especially since this place seems to pride itself on quality. There's nothing that ruins a presentation of beautiful food than a cracked or chipped dish. It's all part of the experience. Other than that, this place is consistent with their food. “I ordered one of their Mango Supreme cakes for a pot luck on the 14th. The theme was Filipino food and apparently this bakery is pretty popular in the Philippines. My co-workers loved the cake and I thought it was great. Regular cakes either have too much frosting or terrible frosting or that whipped cream artificial colored frosting that's just kind of okay. This cake was light and not an overbearing amount of sweetness. I tried their palabok, the taisan and today I bought their butter mamon. All of it was great. I might come back to order a roll cake for my mom's birthday in May. Keep up the good work. ♡”

“This is the biggest and most complete Vallarta I've ever been in! So many products that can be hard to find elsewhere. But they still carry all the brands you'd expect at an American grocery as well. I loved all the little shops around the perimeter too. Such a variety! Cell phones, dresses, household goods, even "wrestling masks"! There is also a food court near the juice/ice-cream and hot/prepared foods, where you can rest and eat.”

They put 2 packs of sugar in my coffee alone, so I could not drink it all. Pitched the way too sugary bottom. Otherwise, the service was good and prices reasonable. Funky in-bank-lobby atmosphere but we were there early before the first bank customers arrived, so it wasn't busy.”

“Post Covid 19 menu is unchanged. Grabbed some bagels and coffee and was able to sit inside and get some work done! Yes the seating is open again inside, masks and social distancing is in place. “6/12/2020 update, Jack's is open. Good selection, I am glad they are back. I was wanting to go here for quite some time and finally was able to stop in. I usually just get a couple of donuts at the Von's, that is one block further. Today 3/20/2020, Von's had nothing as far as fresh pastries. I decided to go Jack's and check them out. Boy was I glad that I did!! Fresh and at a good price. I did notice the Ralph's grocery store patrons waiting in line to get do their shopping. I would like to make a valuable suggestion two shoppers that are near Jack's Donuts, why not pick up couple of their donuts and something drink while you have to stand in line? You won't be hungry while you are shopping and you will help a small business make it this tough time. I plan to be going there on shopping run from now on. Be Well Everybody!”

“I mean, it's Ben and Jerry's, it is delicious and high quality. And when you are used to frozen yogurt place prices, it is surprisingly inexpensive. The small size of ice cream is about $2.50 if memory serves. A good place to get chocolate peanut butter ice cream - not as common a flavor anymore it seems. It is a joy to stop by here on occasion. Not sure if we just always have good luck but I've never seen it with a wait.”
