“I order from this location a lot for my lunch at work. I know my coworkers like to order pick-up here a lot too, and have always said the service was great. For me, the delivery folks are always really nice. There's one particular delivery guy (who unfortunately I don't know the name of) that takes his deliveries on his bike and who is incredibly nice and always arrives quickly. I'm actually really impressed how quickly he gets here riding his bike! Today my order was delivered over an hour late. The thing is though, when I called in to ask where my food was, the guy answering was very helpful and apologetic, and even called his driver while I was on the phone to figure out location, timing, etc. Apparently he only had 2 drivers today for a huge lunch rush. I'm giving 5 stars for the customer service alone! To whomever owns this location, please hire more people! I really like ordering from here and that's genuinely the only complaint I have!”

“Get there early to be seated outside, there are just a few spots. The same great food is served inside, but the restaurant follows the modern trend of non-noise absorbing ceiling. It can be noisy. One pizza would be enough for a light meal for two, especially if you added the crusty, crispy and rich Burrata appetizer. The wine list was a bit pricey, we drank beer. Our first time there and we will definitely return. Sitting outside on a warm night was perfect and relaxing.”

I usually make my determinations based on the restaurant's hot and sour soup, and this place has the best in town, which unfortunately doesn't take much in Boulder. Tsing Tao's could benefit from being a lot spicier in my opinion, but to remedy that, I just ask for their hot chili oil and mix that in.”

First off, Paul set everything up and was super responsive and very professional answering all of my emails to make sure everything was perfect. “Cashier was very helpful in interpreting the menu, and the store was very tidy. The sandwich I ordered(brisket) was plentiful for the price point. However, I was disappointed at the temperature of the meat - even with it being toasted, the brisket was so dense that it was still cold in the middle. The BBQ sauce WAY overpowered the rest of the sandwich, and wasn't my favorite of BBQs. It's a mesquite-style sauce, for those who are wondering. Even with the light mayo that I added, each bite was a punch to the taste buds that, by the end of the sandwich, I almost had to fight through. I'll eventually return to try out one of the staff-recommended selections”

“I gave them a quick ring yesterday morning to order FIFTEEN PIZZAS at 5:30pm on a Friday night and both the owner and general manager were completely professional, kind, informative, and helpful. Our pizzas were cut into small slices for the kiddos, the order was perfect, AND it was ready on time. We have always loved the pizza here, but were absolutely astounded by the ease of ordering with them. Third time yesterday the bartender was doing all the work, said no one showed up but the cook. Had to wait forever , I got the menus and my husband and sat ourselves.
