“I'd been looking forward to staying here for years- what a majestic setting on the creek with a patio fireplace and hot tubs. We came at the beginning of mud season after finding some decent off season pricing. I'm a little disappointed in what you all charge while under construction, I feel a little taken advantage of. The matresses in room 25 were not up to par. The lower level Common areas are beautiful, and the gal at the spa was quite friendly.”

“THRILLED to have an upscale option in Eagle! The food is absolutely outstanding. Having grown up in a foodie part of Atlanta, toughest part of Eagle for 5 years has been the dining out options. The Assembly is the perfect date night, or girls night out location...or (GASP) a place we can bring company without having to drive up valley! I rode my bike there and back and loved every second of it. Great plate size and selection, which allows for easy sharing. Favs (summer 2020 menu) are the stuffed dates, beet salad (best ever), poke, lobster pasta. Seriously, the salad dressing on the greens of the beet salad could be it's own thing... it's that good. Hopeful that the menu is seasonal, as we're eating here often (3x in 5 weeks) and will love a change in menu options over time. Looking forward to many great memories here!”

“I love Pavalici's pizza! The crust is incredible. Not too thick or thin. The sourdough brings a unique twist, but doesn't take over the whole experience. The cheese and sauce are both really good. The ratio is just right in my opinion. I truly love their toppings and they all taste fresh. The price of their pizzas (especially when they have deals going on) are fantastic for the Valley. Also, they have cheap beer! What beats beer and a pizza. Finish it off with a classic Northside Kitchen donut and you have yourself a great meal. Thank you!”

“I love food trucks! Stopped by close to closing time but the cashier was still happy to attend to me. Accidentally ordered the veggie tacos not realizing it was part of the breakfast menu but the chef was willing to still make them for me. Before I was able to pay, the chef asked if I would prefer a lunch version veggie taco. They were DELICIOUS! Light but extremely filling. Definitely would order those again to satisfy my taco cravings!”

The hostess took care of us and the chef was very flexible on modifying some menu items for our kids. Service was very cordial and friendly. I wasn’t expecting much from their very elevated menu items but when the food arrived everything was very tasty and delicious. Worth mentioning the biscuits and gravy, the quiche, and the banana bread. We will return to try some of their bar selection. Thanks for the great experience!!”

“We stopped by on our way home to northern Utah. The pizza was amazing. We had the sausage and the pepperoni. Both had just the right amount of sauce and plenty of meat and cheese. The sauce had a little tangy flavor which I love and the crust had a slight sweet to it. Thinking that was from the wood that was used. I don't recall the owners name but she was wonderful and accommodating. We will be stopping by again.”

“So happy to find this place in Gypsum! The food was delicious and we were greeted with ‘Aloha’ . We had the spicy ahi tuna poke bowls and coconut coffee bubble tea. Everything else looked incredible too. We were so excited to get fresh poke in Colorado and to find this gem. Highly recommend making the trip to Gypsum if you miss the Hawaiian islands, or if you need a break from winter, this place will make you feel like you just hopped a plane and went to Maui.”
