“Went there for the first time last night with my father and family. Wow. I had no idea how good this place was. Food was awesome (in both presentation and flavor/taste), with great portions, house Margaritas were very tasty, and the service and atmosphere were both excellent. The unanimous consensus of our party was that we are going to return, and often. The selection of food is quite extensive, and if the small sample of the menu we enjoyed last night was any indication, I am looking forward to working my way through the other menu items over the months, and hopefully years, to come. Highly recommend.”

“I stopped in this place because I had heard they you could only get slices before 3 o'clock after that you can only get full pies and I am a fan of New York style pizza. I gotta tell you this was one delicious slice. Keep in mind that this is a limited experience because he was just a slice the had to be warmed up for me. That being said it was impeccable it was crispy at the bottom it tasted like New York pizza they you will get in in New York pizza shop. It was hot it wasn't drenched in sauce it had the right amount of cheese and most importantly it tasted amazing. The young girl that was there told me about it being a family owned business. And they are crazy proud of their pizza their ingredients and making everything from scratch. “Back East has quickly become our favorite place since we moved to Monument. We have visited several times while house hunting and went back 3 times the week following moving in before our kitchen stuff was unpacked. We have had multiple different servers and they were all extremely friendly and engaging. A couple of the servers even remembered us from previous visits, which was nice (and it was before we visited 3 times in a week). The food is amazing, which I have found is not the norm for most "bar & grills" and the drinks are delicious and decently priced. So often you sacrifice drinks to get good food or the food falls short, but drinks are good. This place has both! i HIGHLY recommend the wings and the Pork Belly Bites are indescribably delicious. If you are hungry or are feeding a large brood, the Beast pizza is a great choice. If you stop by tell them Stu and Mel recommended it!”

“Best pie in Monument without question. Pizza in Monument will always come from Papa before a chain. First timer...called in order at 1 to be ready at 430. Inside was clean and the order was brought out at 435. White glove customer service—the guy carried the order to my car because i was carrying a 1 year old. The food: My wife rated it Excellent. One person in our party said “this is amazing” referring to the Roma and especially the crust. My thoughts: The meats on the twin sisters have great flavor that, unfortunately, when combined with their cheese produce a large amount of grease. Crust is high quality in terms of texture, taste, and proper cook time. Red sauce is unique and made with high quality ingredients. The pizza wasn’t piping hot and we ate it no more than 10 minutes from picking it up. I feel like it may have been cooling some time before I showed up.”
