“Excellent dining experience at this restaurant inside the Broadmoor Hotel. A wide selection of Italian cocktails, wines, and even beer. Food was fresh, flavorful, and portions were on the smaller side, which I think is nice and spoke to the quality of the meal. Thoughtful combinations in a lovely atmosphere, with views of the Christmas lights and the pond from the dining room. Overall a great experience. Also, valet services are complimentary.”

“Excellent Mexican food, BIG portions decent prices. BEST Mexican food in town! I have lunch there at least twice a week and breakfast 2-3 times a week. The breakfast burritos will stuff you! I only finished 1 and skipped lunch that day! The California burrito is the BEST. Plenty of red and green hot sauces (I think it's 3 per burrito). I always have something left over for a snack later on. My only complaint is the drive though. They always seem to have a hard time hearing / understanding me. But when I go inside to order there's never an issue. A bit pricey, but considering the portions... It's well worth it.”

“I have had breakfast burritos from at least a dozen different local establishments over the years and this is the one I prefer hands down. In fact, I had pretty much stopped ordering them until my wife came across a post about the Coffee Shack and we gave it a try. They do have a set menu, but Ross will put together whatever you want if he has the ingredients on hand. This is especially nice since my wife is very sensitive to many foods. A very unique touch to their burritos is that they get a nice press at the end which adds a wonderful dimension to what is commonly your soft flour tortilla wrap. There is also a vast array of hot, cold, and blended beverages and Jo never disappoints. My wife prefers her drinks over any of the chains around town. In addition to breakfast there are also lunch items, such as BBQ, brats and dogs, and nachos. If you are ever in the neighborhood or even if you aren't, stop by. The owners are great people and it's always a nice visit!”

They have lunch specials that are very affordable, vegan options, and will adjust orders if asked (like removing egg from the fried rice for vegan/vegetarian orders). Workers are nice, fast and consistent. It can get busy during the lunch and dinner hours so I recommend calling ahead if you are in a rush. Drink options are limited but similar to most other places like pizza or burger joints. Hot and sour soup here is the bomb!”
