“I love this location it's usually a given at chic fil a to receive great customer service but these guys are kind, fast and always have a smile. Going through the drive through you will see the same lines you would at another fast food location except they keep it moving. In high traffic times they run stuff out to you before you hit the window. They have a nice play place inside for the kiddos as well.”

“I go to citadel a lot just for this place and smoothie paradise. I don't go here for sushi, I have better places to go for that like King Soopers and I don't go here for the music soup either. So I can't share the same woes many as the 1 star rating people. I always come here for the grill and to watch them cook it. Customer service has its good and bad days, bothers me none long as my food is cooked nicely. I love that they ask if I want extra sauce now instead of me having to ask. I have had some bad customer service in the past. They had a rough time with some new hires I can tell by past reviews but lately I feel like their making up. Again, not a place I look for anything that doesn't touch the grill lol. Meaning egg rolls, sushi, miso soup, any of that. I literally just come here for the grill and cooked food in front of me quickly.”

“About 6-8 months ago, I gave this place a bad review. But they’ve improved by leaps and bounds since then. Now they’re much much better at speed, customer service, and most importantly, food quality. Now their pizzas are up to the Little Caesars standards, and reflect the improvements that the chain has made over the last few years. Plus, I love how easy & intuitive it is to order via the app, and also to pick up my order via the automated pizza portal. It makes pickup easier and quicker.”
