“First time since they opened. The food came hot and quick . Margaritas were very good and potent, we like that. I especially enjoyed the salmon dish practically licked the plate. I am very happy about vegetarian dishes. Like cauliflower uses. Three of us went on a Tues. dinner hour and is was not too busy. I see this as being a very cool sports bar and restaurant. The only con for me is the noise factor.. resturant is designed in wood and metal, very light and sleek but if that restaurant was full to capacity I am pretty sure it would be hard to hear. Going back to try the cauliflower steak and more Margaritas!!”

“Folks, this place is the real deal. My boyfriend and I are visiting Carbondale for a few days and we met a local who recommended this restaurant. I am so grateful we ended up coming! Everything on the menu is seasonal and the menu changes daily (we came 2 days in a row and the menu was different both days). Today we ordered the butternut squash rings, soup, meatballs, wagyu skewers, and salmon (we clearly eat well) and it did not disappoint! The mulled wine is also delicious! Super highly recommend this place.”

“First off, the Lamb Burger with Gyro Meat on top is absolutely amazing. The restaurant is hiding on the back side of an office type building, but the inside is very decorative and nice. The reason for only 3 stars is because we also had the Salmon Pasta Special, and frankly, it was really bad (in our opinions). In fact, the leftovers were fed to the wild animals. My thoughts are... Definitely try this place. If you eat Lamb, don't deny yourself the Lambolicious (or whatever it is called). Skip the salmon Pasta and go for the Salmon Dinner, if your need Salmon. Oh, and they curry carrot side was also super awesome. After thinking about it, I bumped it up to four stars, because if I had only had the Lamb and Carrot Curry Side, I would have been giving this as easy 5 stars. The other thing is that we thought the prices were bit high... but yeah, yeah, Aspen is nearby etc...”

“This is the absolute best spot in the valley. A small restaurant where the food and vibes speak louder than the size. Everything, from being kindly greeted at the door by the host who’s name I believe was Peter, he greeted us with a killer smile that made us feel instantly welcomed. He even held the door open for us and added some kind words when we were leaving! Our server Cole was great as well! He added great laughs to our time there. I can just tell that the entire staff was well picked by the managers of this establishment. The food was to die for. I mean absolutely phenomenal. From the apps to the entrees to the desserts. I can’t stop raving about the food and can’t stop telling everyone I know to go check this place out! You feel like you’re at home at this place. The gem of the valley no doubt!!!”
