“Love the food we got! Though we have a few good Mexican/tacos in the area- this is the best in Fort Collins hands down. I often find myself missing the great tastes of the food trucks in Texas, and have always been under-whelmed - Tacos El Diablo brings it back! Full disclosure- I've only tried the 1lb Birria Tacos so far, but they're authentic and amazing! Every part of the meal is top quality. Tortillas, beans, salsa, consomme, onion mix, hot oil (never had before), meat- all amazing, all quality, all authentic and delicious. If one loves the regular local expectations, they might be disappointed by the over-whelming authentic great flavor and quality.”

“Delicious bbq at a cool spot in the mall. We have been a couple of times now, and each time has been more delicious than the last. Our favorites have been the pulled pork sandwich and the brisket nachos so far. The brisket is moist and tender, with lots of smoke flavor; same with the pulled pork. The portions are large, so each time we've gone home with yummy leftovers. The staff is very friendly and helpful. This is definitely our new favorite spot!”

“Wow! I had the R15 garlic tofu stir fry. And my daughter had the drunken noodles with tofu. It was all so good. The flavors were spot on. Not too sweet not too savory, and the quality and quantity is perfect for the price. If there’s one thing I might suggest, would be to up the presentation. But hey, the price reflects that. In the end I believe you are getting way more than what your paying for. Amazing!!!!!!!”

“Food is very good and the menu is not overwhelming and complex, which I appreciate. Service was prompt and attentive. Would have given 4 stars except this place is LOUD when crowded. Those with hearing aids may have some difficulty here during busy hours. By the end of the meal it was a relief to get outside to some quietness. Also, they make you pay for basic chips and salsa. That was definitely a negative element for me. All that said, I will likely go back at a less busy time because the food is quite good and given inflation the prices are pretty good.”

“This is a food cart near Valero Gas. The food is outstanding and portions are an excellent value for what they charge. $6-$15 a plate depending upon what you eat. I wish I took pictures. I ordered an El Pastor smothered Burrito easily over 1.5lbs of food for $10. It looked very appetizing on the plate and I received my food within 10 minutes of ordering. I enjoy cooking and I don't think I could duplicate the quality or taste of this food. Very good experience for takeout.”

“Met up with a group of friends for dinner. The service was excellent. The deep dish pizza was solid. The only complaint was the wait time. We were told up front it would take 45 minutes. No problem. However it was closer to an hour and fifteen minutes before it came out. Just be prepared to spend some time here. We weren't in a hurry so it all worked out.”
