“This place is NOT what it used to be....the service was fine! Hostess was nice and courteous. The server Kelsey was sweet and nice and prompt. But! Grandma Millie is probably rolling over in her grave.. The potential is there. The execution was not. Sausage patties were under cooked, as in raw, they had grill marks though which lends to a quick smash on a dirty grill was all they were afforded. They tasted like burger patties from burger king until the raw. Eggs were runny, like the whites biscuit was ok, gravy was a little runny... I am not sure if it was an off day or what but, this place could use some music or some atmosphere or something to keep the voices of All of the staff from being the sole source of entertainment outside of the murmur of guests and your own thoughts or conversation. Interesting experience. Coffee was decent. I drink it black and found it to have low acidity and good balance respectively. They didn't charge me for my farmers Benedict so that was good. I may be back to try it again but still the drab atmosphere is a long way from what the feel used to be...”

“Cups is a unique neighborhood coffee shop where we are always greeted and promptly waited on by the pleasant and attentive staff. This is our favorite coffee shop (near the CSU campus) to stop in when we visit Fort Collins twice a week. I was the last to order of the 4 of us and none of the others added any meat to their Pad Thai, but I asked for chicken in my dish. The order taker missed that. When I went up to the counter the young lady who helped me said she would get it for me. I asked how much more I owed since I had not been charged. She said not to worry about it. “It's okay, it's a McDonald's. What else do you want me to say. Nothing amazing to write home about but some enthusiasm and effort put into the quality of the food would be appreciated. Like a little less effort when put the bun on would be nice. Very clean restaurant over all staff is friendly but seemed busy and overwhelmed when I was there. They messed up my order but in a good way where you end up with way more food than you order and you don't find out till you get home and look in the bag.”

This is some of the best food I have ever had in my entire life. Given the impending demolition of this building, it truly is a once in a lifetime experience. “This is one of my favorite places to eat. I've been coming here for years. My favorite menu items include the crystal rolls, Spring rolls, and peanut chicken. I came a few months ago with my daughter and introduced her to the crystal rolls. She loves them so much that we had to come again when she was back in town visiting. We had a limited amount of time because of the flight we needed to catch. The service was amazing. They expedited everything for us so that we had plenty of time to eat, and even a few minutes just to visit, before we left. My water glass was never empty. As always, this place never disappoints.”

The decor gives the place a rustic look without reducing the comfort and beauty from that of a more upscale restaurant. Weekdays, you can get in, seated, and served very quickly, but on weekend nights, you can expect to wait up to an hour for a table. This is no fault of the restaurant, but just the opposite; it is that good a place to eat and enjoy the company of your friends and loved ones. I am fond of the New York Strip, medium rare, with their recommended seasoning, sweet potato, and a strawberry and almond salad (huge, with a nice kick). I recommend using their app to get on the waiting list. If there is anything I could ask for, it would be to add more seating space in the foyer and other waiting areas. “Despite the recent health inspection, the food has been very good. Especially since the inspection I think there has been a large improvement. The staff are super friendly and the facility seems cleaner. I really enjoy the atmosphere inside the space. It has been rather disappointing that the torchy‘s feel is no longer there. It feels very much so like a Corporation and less like a small business. It was very disappointing that Maine Root sodas were removed and Coca-Cola was the replacement. I’m really hopeful that one of the monthly special tacos will be vegetarian or vegan soon.”

“My boyfriend and I went to Dickey's at 8:45 on Monday, which was 15 minutes before they closed. We got to meet Jerald, Tanner, Jessica, and James. They were extremely kind about us coming in so late and even let us eat there and stay until 9:20. They said the mac n cheese didn't have a lot left so they gave us all of it and then an extra side. They were so nice and friendly to us, it made us want to eat there all of the time. The food was delicious, and they let us make a root beer float for free when we were done. We were so happy and felt incredibly welcome while we were there. It was honestly the best experience I have ever had at a restaurant. We will definitely be coming here to eat more often!”
